went today and have massage and powder manicure from Cindy. She gave me a great massage and a great manicure. She was very gentle and kind. I would highly recommend Cindy. Anybody I had here was very nice.

Have been getting manicures and pedicures for the past 25 years. Have never had an experienced as rushed as this. From the time I sat down to the time I left was 20 min max. Cindy was terrible and obviously just looking to get to her next client. Did not seem to care about her work. 0/10 would not recommend this place. 0 stars. Manager was rude and unprofessional when I complained stating that the service had already been completed. Avoid this place, there are much better nail salons in the area

Extremely unprofessional. Cindy spent less than 10 minutes on my pedicure and 5 min on the manicure. I asked several times during the treatment about why she wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing and she just laughed. Owner was rude and unprofessional, when I complained he kept trying to upsell me on a massage. Avoid this place at all costs
Cleanliness: Did not clean the tools properly, highly recommended unsanitary
Stylist: Avoid Cindy at all costs

Very rude!! I went in to do a soak off & the lady kept telling me to do more dip acrylic, after I repeatedly told her I didn’t have the money for anything else she started getting aggressive with my nails, bending then while filing and damaging them further!! I’ve been here before and it was a great experience, however this time they were extremely rude!! I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I was highly offended by how I was treated!

I come here with my daughter(7) for some shared relaxation time with her. She loves it and her nails last a good week to two weeks even with the abuse on her nails from daily kid activities lol. Gf’s have done reg, gel, powder and repairs and come out pretty good. Service can be iffy at times for sure but overall they take care of you especially if you’re a regular. Definitely a little more expensive but it’s a nice clean spot so you get what you get.

I am thoroughly amazed! Not only is the salon clean, neat, white and calming, the staff is friendly and kind. I made a 10:30 appt on a Friday morning where it wasn't too busy. I had a regular pedicure with callus removing ($30+11) and gel cat eye polish for my nails ($51). The best part is that it's in a large shopping complex so there's plenty of parking! I'd def go back and esp work with Kiki.

Tried this salon since it’s a lot closer to home and it’s nice inside. Got a power manicure. Unfortunately by two days later 2 nails were broken. I went back and they fixed both for me (at no charge but this does mean another tip for the tech). 2 days later a third nail is broken. Not just chipped it’s broken and cracked throughout. This is all less than a week from getting them done when my manicure usually lasts 3 weeks. They also charge $7 more for a powder manicure than my usual salon. Definitely not worth your money - you’ll pay more and need your nails done again sooner. I’m not sure if this is due to cheaper product or poor technique. The tech did give a great back massage so I would maybe go back just for that.

They are very clean and quiet which I love for a nail salon. However, their color gel manicures do not even last 24 hours. I have gotten a few from here and they always lift around the tips and edges starting the next day. They also don't look totally smooth, they look a little lumpy. This may be due more to whatever brand gel they use and not to the techs skills. Their gel colors also always look very different on your nail compared to the swatches which is frustrating.

I genuinely love this place! I’ve had my nails done by quite a few of their technicians and they were all amazing! Suzie is my girl though! She’s absolutely incredible on all accounts!
