They don't answer the phone, and if you manage to get through, they deliberately hang up on the calls. Extremely disappointing.

Went to the Chase branch a few days ago to get some documents notarized. I went into the location about 10 minutes prior to closing. Went to the teller to ascertain if there was anyone available, that can notarize some documents. I was requested to have a seat. A few minutes later Soribel Abello approached me and inquire as to, what she can assist me with. I informed her, I had a few documents that needed to be notarized, she directed me to her office and she proceed to notarizing my documents. I thought I would have a hard time, since I had about nine documents that needed to be notarized and it was closing time. Soribel was very helpful she notarized my documents without hesitation. Thank you.

The land that time forgot. Literally. I waited 36 minutes for a simple matter while hearing Ms Concierge tell the other employees, well she doesn't have an appointment. Plan on waiting. Or take your business to another branch. Or bank.

This location is what is causing me to close 8 accounts. They do not care. No one wants to work. Employees are sitting at their desks and refuse to help. They come out and ask you to make an appointment, yet no other location does. Chase stole $7000 from me, it’s been 5 weeks, 1 police report, over 3 hours of phone calls, 9, yes 9 visits and each time I’ve been told they don’t have it. Spoiler alert: they do and with the assistance of a partner from another bank (YES ANOTHER BANK), they miraculously found it. Now, instead of returning my $7000 they are requiring me to make an appointment for sometime next week.

3 weeks ago me n wife went to this bank there was only one customer and 3 employee doing nothing the lady manager asked us if we have appt she refused to see us so we went to chase at next to shop rite.They took care it. Poor customer service and lazy employees

Had issues depositing cash into this ATM few weeks ago and now I just saw someone else having similar issue. Only 1 ATM in this brand during closed hours and they need to fix it.

Worst branch when it comes to using the restroom. Their excuse employees only. I come from a banking background 4 years in the business and I never say no to the bathroom. Especially when your a client of the bank.
