I've dropped off dozens of packages and all have been delivered without my knowledge. Customer service is good. No issues whatsoever.

Poor service delivery was made but my package never actually showed up and then your driver drives right past the house today

We get notifications about the mail we have coming and it never shows up for multiple days after it says it's delivered. And then today we get a message saying you couldn't access our door to deliver a package??? Talk about people just being lazy. You don't deliver my package bc you don't want to have to walk 15 feet?
