“Jackson's Auto did it again. Last week, I brought my Acura to the shop for Braking issues. When I called the office to make the appointment, Mary stated that they were booked solid for the day I was asking for. Mary then asked what was going on with my vehicle and when I explained, she immediately said she could move a few appointments and get me in.
