We never have to worry about running out of propane because Superior always shows up in plenty of time to fill our tanks. The drivers are pleasant and helpful. I love that I don't have to wait for the bill to arrive in the mail or my email in order to pay it, I can go to my computer within a few minutes and the amount due is right there ready to pay!

Ive Been a customer forr over 5 years got hammered $4.00 dollars a gallon last winter calleed today 9/22 and they wante to charge me $3.60 a gallon I told them to come pick up tank and they said wait maybe i can adjust price then she came back $2.88 a gallon why is it $3.60 then $2.88 in the same phone call. because if i said ok to 3.60 they would have gouged Me why ??? why we have to have tanks picked up to get a better price. well she was even willing to go lower, I said absolutly not any company that can change prices on the like that are stealing from thier customers. I locken in 1.99 with another company. I hate Thieves.

I was a customer for years until I shopped around and realized I was being gouged by Superior Plus for more than a dollar a gallon for heating oil. Adding it up came to several hundred dollars a year from their unfair pricing. It's the same heating oil that everyone else sells so no reason to rip off the customer. Be vary and shop around.
