I just changed to Superior and I am very happy with all aspects. From the deliver personal, troubleshooters and office staff I say Thank You. problems have been solved, the staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly... I am glad I changed!

I was a customer for years until I shopped around and realized I was being gouged by Superior Plus for more than a dollar a gallon for heating oil. Adding it up came to several hundred dollars a year from their unfair pricing. It's the same heating oil that everyone else sells so no reason to rip off the customer. Be vary and shop around.

The people at Superior plus propane are all wonderful people. They were there to answer all my questions and deal with all the confusion my husband and myself had. They made this process very easy and friendly. I'm so happy I decided to go with this company. And I look forward to continuing to work with them

I want to thank the Superior Plus Propane technicians and scheduling team for helping me convert my new gas range to propane. The technicians are polite, courteous and knowledgeable.Superior Plus is 5 star with supply and service.

When I had the propane company they were great but when I had to cancel my service due to moving. It took them 3 months to cut the check for the money I over paid being on the budget plan. I cancelled my service back in Feb 2023 and its now April 25 2023 and still have not received my money. When I called they said a check was just cut on 4/18/23 but I wouldn't be getting it for another 4-8 weeks because the 3rd party they use takes that long.Highly recommend not using this service due to poor customer service.

Terrible service. They were surprisingly referred by the previous owner of the house I purchased. When I called them to continue service they claimed I needed a tank inspection which makes no sense according to another company I found as the heating system was never turned off. Also, they failed to arrive for the supposed tank inspection that they required before they could fill my tank which I waited late for work. I called and was told a service driver would call back, never happened. Find another company.

New phone system is VERY CONTROLLING! It’s a “call center.” They won’t put you through to you local office no matter why & me almost begging! The lical office are”saints.”

Terrible customer service. I was head of a customer service division for years, was in the top 1% in the world for it within telecommunications and the manager today that said "actually we have great customer service" was an idiot.As the customer I can say that. They don't help you solve problems, they don't answer your phone questions, they don't call you back, they don't thank you for being their customer, they overall are a terrible company to be serving the public, especially with fuel to live on. I would not recommend anyone using this company ever, we unfortunately don't have another option at this time but I am looking for other options as I will not tolerate another screw up on their part!
