“Immaculate service! I very last minute decided to go to the Wilton valvoline before i had to be at work. I think I pulled in around 10:40. I needed a headlight fixed and they said they could do it. They also noticed my windshield wiper was the wrong size and offered to fix that for me as well. I said yes and they were very efficient and got me out of the bay by 10:55 making me on time for work by 11. They were all very nice and did a great job without trying to sell a bunch of things to me. Will definitely be returning.”
“We normally get oil changes done at the dealership. I received a coupon for Valvoline and unexpectedly I had my truck and a few minutes of availability so give it a go. First time experience and was very satisfied. Really felt like the technicians knew what they were doing, were friendly, and it was done in a very reasonable period of time.”

“I went to get an inspection. The manager was doing all the work. All other employees were throwing rags at one another, on their phones, drinking drinks,etc.
One customer was called back because the air filter was not put back in their car. Another customer was called back because they never cashed him out. My car was left sitting outside running, door opened and music playing loud. I had to ask the manager to cash me out.
It is so sad to see today’s generation and their work ethic.”

“Just got 4 tires installed took a bit bs with customer service but the installation went great. Found out Mavis damaged my car installing winter tires never weighted or balanced them. Never did my alignment,now my car is safer+smoother. They did an excellent job installing them but customer service needs to be more upfront/honest with guest that part was beyond annoying”

“Jackson's Auto did it again. Last week, I brought my Acura to the shop for Braking issues. When I called the office to make the appointment, Mary stated that they were booked solid for the day I was asking for. Mary then asked what was going on with my vehicle and when I explained, she immediately said she could move a few appointments and get me in. Jackson's did a great job getting my Acura to drive smooth again. Definitely plan to bring both our vehicles to them in the future. They are kind and truly care about their customers.Services: Brakes”
