Great clean gym. Convenient location right off Northway. Open 24/7 which is a huge benefit. Love the new owners fitness classes that just starting up. The Smaller class sizes provides more personal attention.Each class size can accommodate all levels of fitness experience (my favorite part !)Reasonably priced and I highly recommend trying it out

It's a decent gym but beware of all of their fees and cancellation policies when you sign up.

I'm home visiting from Texas and my sister invited me to join her this morning (New Years Day) to Spin class at Custom Fitness. I excitedly, but cautiously accepted. I've never been to a spin class. LOVED IT!!!! The instructor, Bev was awesome!!! She, while going through health issues is still in there heading up classes with super positive enthusiasm and awesome energy!! THANK YOU BEV!! Oh please know the class was not easy but Bev and the atmosphere keeps you pumped. I may have found a new link in my fitness regimen. I look forward to classes on my next visit home. WAY TO GO BEV AND CUSTOM FITNESS!! Y'ALL ROCK!!! Thank you to my sister Kimmie for the invite!!
