Thieves and liars. Our service contract says the burner will be checked and cleaned. It hasn't been cleaned for the last 2 years. I reported this to them last year and this year. I sat there myself and watch the "technician" checking the burner but not cleaning anything. I reported it to them on Oct 25, 2022, and they said somebody will get back to me. Nope, they didn't. I sent a email on Nov 21 2022 as to my intent to sue due to breach of contract. They called, spoke to my elderly mother with dementia and convinced her that it was done right and that they have "2 of the best technicians". Well, one of your techs is ripping the customers off. None of you were there watching. I was. A brilliant tactic used by you. Untrustworthy techs, staff and managers.

Blue flame is one of the best companies in the area! Their customer service is Incredible! Every time I speak with Cindy she is more than willing to help me out and they are very prompt in their delivery and service calls. I can’t recommend this company enough!

Clearly any higher than one star reviews for this company are paid for. They are price gouging rip-offs that prey on the local communities. They will sell you a furnace charge you twice what they told you it would cost and then send somebody up who admittedly doesn't know how to hook up the furnace on his own. That's why for the past 4 years I've had substandard heat control and have to pay forty or fifty cents more a gallon because of dealing with blue flame gas. There are so many better companies such as Shaw fuel who provides good old-fashioned service it does not need to gouge you year round.I have an Airbnb and my guest ran out of propane on Saturday night so I hooked up another tank to accommodate them, since blue flame gas service is limited unless you want to pay 3 x's what it cost from there already inflated prices.....and rip off blue flame gas who's been gouging me for years was offended and are taking their tank out good riddance...To update this review I called Shaw Fuel and instead of paying $3.91 a gallon I am paying $3.31 a gallon having new tanks installed and not having to deal with the riff Raff from Blue flame.... Call Shaw fuel ask for Renee....You will save 20 or 25%...This is a no-brainer

Excellent service from quoting through install/completion. This was for a new home, install tank/service. Great attention to detail. Prompt, always someone available to answer questions. Installers did clean work, super professional. Would highly recommend for new service or upgrading/expanding existing service.

I had a home built that was started last September and of course there were setbacks with timing in the different stages. We had to change dates many times over with Blue Flame Installation. They were very accommodating and came back several times due to different appliances not ready on time. They were very quick with there response time. Overall we are happy with there work.

I will never use any other gas company and I would highly recommend them to anyone else.They have been nothing but friendly, polite and helpful ever since I've been with them.They have always done all they could to work with me to make sure I have heat and can cook.Thank you
