This was probably one of the best motel experiences I've had. Everything about the situation was easy. I received a text the day of my check-in with a door code. I pinned that text to the top of my messages, so I always had easy access to it and had no problems with getting in/out of the room.
The place was clean, facilities were renovated, and it was spacious enough for me to spread my stuff all over and still walk around comfortably. They offer amenities, so if you don't have shampoo, body wash, etc. it's all there! The rooms also have a thermostat and AC, which worked well.
Wifi was great. I spent a decent amount of time in the room just working at the desk. Full kitchenette was functional, I could store some snacks that saved me the trouble of hunting down food and coffee in the morning. That said, they provided tea and coffee in the room, and I noticed a voucher to pick up complimentary coffee and a snack at a local spot, which is pretty cool.
It's a drive away from the downtown party area, but I was able to catch an uber for about $15, so if you don't want to drink and drive or don't have a car, it's still good to stay to hang out in the main st. area of Saratoga Springs.
Overall, I would be very happy to stay here again! It's a great no hassle, clean, newly-updated, family-owned motel moment!

Nice place in a cute town. I do wish they had a blanket on the bed though. Also they only give you one roll of tp. The bathroom is not at all private due to a face level window without any coverage.

Decent motel. The quality/price ratio is reasonable.
The motel is old, but you can see that the owners try to keep it in good condition.
For one night during the stopover before New York, it's OK.
On the other hand, breakfast does not justify the reservation of the room.

This is a great place to stay, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, plus this place is quiet and laid-back and it's definitely a great hotel to stay at, me and my pregnant girlfriend stayed here for about 7 months until we moved into our apartment and we absolutely loved staying at this hotel and we were only paying $300 a week, I promise that you will be very happy with this place and have nothing bad to say.Food & drinks: There are a few stores across the street to get food and drinks and a pharmacy across the street also

Would give 0 starts if possible, no excuse for this kind of horrendous establishment. I understand that a family owns it, but you do not clean the rooms, provide AC or even towels. The room advertised vs the one that we got was tremendously different. I guess that the owners daughter lives up in the room now and the place reeks of cigar and pot. STAY AWAY!! Literally stay anywhere else, you're better off sleeping in your car than this place. Owner is barely there. We had to wait an hour to check in just because no one was there. Just unacceptable in so many ways. Rooms were so dirty. Shower didn't really work. Just NO!

The room was very clean. Had to call Brittney a few times in order to get ahold of her to pay for the room, wasnt easy. Brittney is very nice. Sadly had to leave early due to pipes busting and causing backups. Brittney kept saying how sorry she was about the issue.

If you don't care that they cancel reservations without telling you and give your room away, this is the place for you. We will be reporting them to better business bureau and local chamber of commerce. This reservation was made directly with you not a booking agency. I still have the record of my phone call to your hotel.

Definitely rate a zero if I could. I called to confirm my room 3 weeks prior to my stay because of reviews I have read that they cancel your confirmed room. I was told I was good to go on said dates. Only to receive a call from Britney as I'm walking out the door for a 4 hour drive. She said that they didn't have a room. And that I can get a room down the road. When I looked up the motel she referred me to there was no availability.

Room was very over priced due to a concert going on and big race at Saratoga Race Track. Definitely not worth the $270 we paid for one night. Our room was old and in need of repair. No towels or toilet paper in room when we arrived.
