Our first time there and was impressed! I had Chicken and Dumplings and my wife had a Capressa sandwich and both were very good! Place was clean and very comfy! Will be going back! Oh ya and they have icecream!!!!

The Galway Local is very cute and well-appointed. I ended up just opting for an ice cream cone, but the black raspberry turned out to be just incredible. Highly recommend stopping here for a bite or a quick shop if you're in the area! The staff could not have been more friendly or gracious as well.

Ordered Mac and cheese with bacon. Cost $13 Looked terrible and old, threw it out as soon as I got home. Will never go back.

What a jewel in Galway! Certainly, we miss the Chuck Wagon, but we feel very fortunate to have such a high quality restaurant move in to the space. Try the Spaniard...it is my favorite. Quaint, welcoming, and delicious. We will frequent often.

Customer service there is top-notch. It’s a charming restaurant with great sandwiches and lovely desserts. So happy we have this in our little town :-)

Went today to inquire about pizza and also ended up purchasing a sandwich and assorted goodies (crumb cake, goats cheese, smoked salmon,pesto mozzarella salad) Yum all the way around :)

What an awesome find! Food was excellent. Fluffy pancakes with local Maple syrup! Quaint place, with counters and booths - and wonderfully decorated! Pleasant employees. Jessica, the owner, was as nice as could be. Great selection of ready made foods to-go with an intentional array of locally made foods and products for purchase.

Had a fabulous experience dining at The Galway Local for the first time. My mom and I so enjoyed the "Afternoon Tea" special for Mother's Day weekend. The fresh baked scones were really phenomenal. Love the atmosphere, and service was friendly too. We are super lucky to have this small business in our hometown, and I would highly reccomend anyone from throughout the region or traveling through Galway to check it out!
