My entire street has had multiple mail pieces going missing multiple times a week over the month and they still haven't done absolutely anything about it. We have called this main office to say something but nothing has changed. Most of my stuff is getting delivered to COMPLETELY wrong addresses and I'm getting lucky enough that they find me on Facebook to message me. It's like drivers are not even bothering to read the address properly.

Unbelievable issues since we've moved here to Gainesville we don't get our mail we don't get our packages we've had help from managers and still nothing so today again I'm in line again for more packages that's not being delivered. They are unfriendly unprofessional and the building is filthy ! I've been here multiple times to recover mail and it's always an issue I'm here several times a week. It's been a key lock issue a carrier issue you name it over heard it. This last blow is that I've been waiting on an item for my small business and it's held up production now for a week! This isn't how we do business and it's rediculous-no one to help you

It's an older and smaller location. Parking lot needs to be repaved and sometimes there are homeless hanging around in the side parking lot where are trees are.

This Post Office is filled with incompetent Workers and Supervisors. Over the last 2 months, yes 2 months!!!; they have not only lost my request to fix my mailbox twice (I've been without mail for 2 months now) but that cannot find the mail they are 'holding' for me. So the medications the VA has placed me on (I'm an 80% disabled Combat Veteran) have not reached me. Not only do I have to take time off work to go to the Post Ofice due to their anemic hours of operation, I have to take time off to go to the VA to get my meds. I want to complain to the Post Master in Gainesville, however, the supervisors refuse to give me their names. Unfortunately, since the post office is the only option to get my mail, I have to bend over and take this. I am very confident, that this delay was Precipitated by my prior complaints. There was no offer at all to resolve the situation. Over and over, the answer was we are behind and can't keep up.

Y'all suck! Just close this l**** factory down and save tax payers their hard earned money. There is a reason the US postal service is operating in the negative. If Fedex and UPS and the many other shipping companies can make money then hello wake the f up. Everyone at this location needs to be fired.

Consistently have to wait ridiculous amounts of time for simple tasks. There is no sense of urgency. I haven't received my mail for months because it's like pulling teeth to speak with a supervisor. Waited for 30+ minutes today and no one cared at all. I eventually had to leave, again, without my mail. Dreadful customer service

Post office mishandled an overnight package so I am trying to track it down because the website and the 800 number folks tell me that it was forwarded to the correct post office. No other information. For the past 2 hours I have been calling this post office at 352-271-6392 and it rings and rings then a busy signal. I called the 800 post office number (800-222-1811) and asked for another number to reach a human being and she gave me another passport number (352-271-6323) and when I called it, it said this number no longer in service but call the 352-271-6392. In an endless loop. Does anyone know of another number...like the manager of the main street location? THis will help anyone else who looks months later for help especially when I am calling from ARizona.

The most unorganized post office I've ever seen. Once you get to work with one of the employees, you might be fine because some of them are friendly and try to do their best, but overall the place is a disaster. There's always a line if anything goes beyond selling stamps. The front desk is left with one person working the whole line and you can see and hear many others laughing and walking around the place. I avoid this office every time I can. We had an appointment for a passport at 11 AM. We showed up on time and were told to wait on the side. The person that told us to wait disappeared and showed up occasionally just walking around. He didn't say a word to us, nor he gave us the chance to ask what was going on. AT 11:30 AM the person that was supposed to work with us showed up and told us that nobody informed her that we were there waiting for her. I don't know how a person can wake up every day knowing they are going to be working in that place.
