This is the second time I've come here for breakfast food. How hard is it to cook an egg over med or make hashbrowns well done. So now I sit here waiting for my husband to finish his meal so I can get out of here. Totally pissed off.

This is not the first time that a store has scammed us out of money.We checked with shop to change the batteries and firts time they gave us the price for 195$ per battery but when we decided to change them they gave us another estimate with increased price for 225$.
they knew that we had to change them cuz we were not gonna pass the DOT. The shop is not recommended
The prices are very expesnive and service is too slow

So laid back they dont even see their customers waiting to check out for 20 minutes. I stood there waiting then when she did see me, she said ill be with you a minute. What ever, do your thing i thought. She got to me rang all my stuff up an said sorry we dont have any bags.? Then i only want my drink. Im not carrying all that just to drop my food on the ground. Call me lazy cause i am. Im not walking 2 miles juggeling food and drinks. Ill door dash food to my truck. Point to the story, if you want people to buy your stuff. Make it easy on the customer. Thats right roll your eyes again.
Edit: Stayed here for 2 days now. The lady that was working she is an older lady. Guess she just has a problem with plastic bags, and truckers. She hasnt been here an i have no problems getting bags. Checked after she left and the lady that came in after her said they had bags the entire time. She just doesnt like people. Need to get her out of the customer service area if she wants to be that way. Seriously you can buy bulk bags. A box is like 18 dollars for 350 bags. Thats 5 cents a bag. I dont mind paying an extra 5 cents. Ill pay 10 cents for the bag just give me a bag if i need one?

Needs more signs for reserve spot and needs painted on the ground when u come in it looks like it’s a free spot then you get a knock on ur door and get woke up because ur park in a reserve spot cause you didn’t know

I've been coming here for years now. My starter went out in the parking lot. Walked in to the the service desk and reported my issue and they ordered my parts and made the repairs. As always. Great service.

TA's are an older chain, but usually quite servicable. Our fleet uses them almost exclusively. Showers at this one must have been redone recently. The location is handy and easy to get to from the numerous distributors and warehouse scattered about the area.

It’s been more than years am trying to avoid but today need to give feedback, same issues again and again,lady in the register name Ashley most unpleasant unprofessional, most rude and annoying lady. Don’t know how management not looking in to it… I have observe her from more than a year’s, trying to avoid but feeling sad for TA because our (truck driver) half of life spent on truck stop we love all truck stop but this is too much by staff.she treats drivers like non living objects. If it was a 1st time could be available but back back her behavior really not suit on this industry . She should work in back yard.
