Serice counter people are very helpful, offering innovative solutions other than a new replacement part. I did get the wrong chain for my saw, but it was easily returned.

I am not happy with the service I bought a track machine 317g last year they require me to get their insurance in order to get aprove for the loan witch I paid $2048.00 but they never got me papper work for insurance I have being calling them and all I get for answer is the they don't know nothing about it but they charge me for that I recommend to buy in different place.

Got great service from Jason in parts about a specific, hard to find, battery powered Stihl chainsaw. They had one in stock. Jason set it aside for me with my name on it. Would shop here again.

I just wanted to take a moment to share with you my experiences while purchasing a new 1023e with attachments from the Fultonville, NY United Ag % Turf store. Due to my schedule (I am an educator and coach high school football in the fall) I completed the vast majority of the purchase via email with Matthew Tripp. Every email that I have sent (including a few yesterday) was answered within minutes, was well written, and was informative. His attentiveness and attention to detail are assets to your company and greatly appreciated. Yesterday I had a question about installing my front mount snow blower and the quick response came with pictures that he had taken and made notes on - it helped me finish the installation quickly.The tractor was delivered by Jim (his last name escapes me) on a cold and windy evening after dark. I was his last stop of the day, and being after 5:00pm I am sure he was anxious to get home. In spite of this he was at my house, in my driveway and garage, for over 90 minutes. He went over any questions I had, showed me how to safely use everything, and was an all around great guy throughout the delivery.I am now a lifelong United Ag & Turf fan and customer!
