I wont go into the horror show I had to deal with at install but now I am trying to save money on replacing my own bulbs and filter and I've called twice for the information on the bulb itself so I can phurchase it online and all they will give me is CUV5 - when asked for additional details they said they didn't have them.I paid for the system. It's like I am being held hostage to buy $180 bulb from them when I can get one from a third party for $40-60 online if I just need the information on it.Never again.

Evasive when asked about quality of water and containers. I emailed back and forth with James yesterday and he ignored my questions regarding the quality of the water and containers but would only tell me the cost. I don't want contaminated water or to pay a company for water who can't answer simple questions via email.

They were great when we moved to the area- 2020- but my opinion has plummeted. Right now, my water reeks of sulfur and is undrinkable. I asked if they have anyone to send out as my husband said it's literally burning his mouth and this happened suddenly so I'm concerned.'We'll call you monday'.Cool. Why have emergency services at all then?

I have high respect for the employees of Culligan. They are courteous and respectful. They appear when they say they will. They are conciencious about coming into my home. Very nice people everytime I speak to them on the phone . I feel like I'm not being a pain and they are very helpful in every way possible. I'm very happy to write this for people to see. I had purchased a home in October 2022. Prior to purchase a home inspection had been completed and a lead pipe coming into the basement of the home from the street was found. The inspector did not test the water for lead but had let me know from his experience with other homes in the area that he had found to have the same situation as mine, had hig levels of lead in their water. He suggested a reverse osmosis system if lead was an issue. I have a son with autism and another daughter so was concerned about the safety of drinking the water. I had contacted this company to inquire about assistance with my possible problem and to look into a need for a reverse osmosis system. I was told the water was tested but not given specific info that testing for LEAD was an extra charge. The carbon copy purchase form says lead was tested but no numeric values were placed on the form. I contacted Culligan to pursue proof there was lead in the water and they tell me they never tested for lead and I had only wanted to purchased a RO system. I explained I was not sure there was lead in the water and would never have spent over $1500 on something that wasn't needed. I also explained that it said on the form it had been tested. In addition, they had also come back to test the effectiveness of the equipment and said it was working. I asked how could you know the system was working if you never had a baseline to determine if there was lead in it to begin with. All I got from this company that claims to want to help people was a verbal run around, multiple phone calls with different people and no solution, and statements like "well you need to pay extra for lead testing and that's obvious" and placing blame on me. The end result was too bad to Mr and my $1500 and I STILL don't know if lead was in my water or not. I feel they were incredibly deceptive. I feel the focus was on trying to make a sale on products they didn't even know I needed but lead me to believe I did. They were NOT looking to help solve my issue at all.

Had a whole house filtration system installed. Tech was very professional, clean and accommodating. He even did a minor plumbing repair while he was there without hesitation. He did not have to do that. Highly recommend these folks.

The girls that pick up the phones can get a little silly/unprofessional at times but Randi who came onsite was great and very informative. Being new to well water systems I had a lot of questions, and he addressed each one. I also had some other concerns that he could have easily upsold me on, but he tested my water and gave me his honest feedback which I appreciated.
