With the current situation, finding out they were charging 30 cents/gal more for #2 fuel oil than a highly rated competitor, I dropped them like a hot potato. Service was good otherwise.

ive been a customer for about 6 or 7 years. Countryside fuel has the lowest oil rates around. They always deliver when they say and much quicker than others. There was an error on their part regarding payment one time, but we are only human and was resolved very quickly! They also don’t charge to inspect the oil tanks like other companies. I have been very pleased with their service!

very unprofessional business. will take your payment and claim they will deliver to your area, then get upset with you, the customer, because THEY didn't know that you lived just out of their delivery range. next time do a little research on your areas and don't blame your customers for YOUR mistakes. this company is willing to take your money but also willing to blame you for their own mistakes. ridiculous. will never recommend this company to anybody!

Friendly, helpful customer service. Their delivery man Dewey is an excellent and informative person. We are pleased to do business with these guys.
