Store is temporarily closed again, when I have prescriptions to pick up. The pharmacy being closed on the weekends is not good at all. I would not reccomend this pharmacy!

This store is closed on weekends. I called to ask a pharmacist a question. He had a very strong accent. When I asked to speak with someone else due to having trouble understanding, he hung up on me.

This place is... something. I don't like being ovearly negative or critical in my reviews. However, I do like to be honest. With that being said, this place is not great. They always seem annoyed when you call to check on statuses. They can have your script for over 4 hours and still get upset that you dared to call them. Multiple ti.es they even told me they had my script, and they weren't sure if I wanted it filled... yes, that is the reason you have it. Some of them seem so genuinely nice. So, I don't want to make it seem like I am always mad at them. It can just be a bit much sometimes. There are a ton of other pharmacy options in Fulton.

My husband needs seizure meds & at least 3 times has had issues getting it. Life saving meds is no joke! They waited until late afternoon on the day he was to pick up his meds to tell him that. Good luck getting ahold of your doctor @ 3:30pm on a Friday. Not to mention they moved way out of town & the store turned into a shoebox. Good luck with that venture.

This pharmacy is useless!!! Tried to pick up my Mother's much needed prescription this afternoon (before they closed for the weekend) and they were closed. "Temporarily Closed" sign on the door. We have encountered so many problems with them.

Never open for the working women or men who actually need their prescriptions. You are a Pharmacy and only 1 with in 10 miles or more. Why don’t you change your hours to accommodate your location, that’s called “running a business” . Not to mention when they couldn’t fill my script all the way they decided to just continue to tell me my medication wasn’t ready even though they had on hand 60 pills of the 90 pill order, a medication I need everyday or else I have serious withdrawal. Go Walgreens!

I’ve experienced absolutely unacceptable conduct from this pharmacy twice now. You’ve lost my business for good. My dog Molly needs prescription Phenobarbital to prevent her from having seizures. She risks permanent damage or death in the event of a breakthrough seizure. Last year this pharmacy refused to refill her prescription claiming it was out of refills. We went back and forth, eventually I threw in the towel, and I switched to Walmart for several months. I recently returned to Walgreens because the distance is shorter. Same exact scenario just repeated itself: staff claims my prescription has zero refills left despite the bottle saying one refill remaining. The staff here also tried to tell me I’m wrong and that these prescriptions are only written for 5 refills. To me that’s a huge red flag that someone on your staff is stealing a full refill of a controlled substance because every single one of these prescriptions is written for 6 refills. It hasn’t changed in over 10 years, and don’t you dare try to tell me otherwise because I have copies of the originals. A couple further points: since it’s a controlled substance, I can’t refill the prescription until exactly the day the previous one runs out. Do your staff care in the slightest how messed up it is to deny someone a critical medication after they are already out? And since the prescription comes from a veterinarian, I have to physically drive to their office and pick it up. So I just had to call them and get a new script that I’ll be taking to literally any other pharmacy besides Walgreens. The Fulton location is a joke run by incompetent staff. Twice now you left me without life saving meds for my best friend. You are worthless to this community.

The hours listed on this page are absolutely incorrect and on multiple occasions have prevented me from getting my medication. Closing at 5:30 on weekdays and being closed on weekends basically renders this location almost useless for most people.

Of all the times Ive had to go it's only actually been open twice. The shades are always pulled down, and the door locked everytime I drive by, and it's been long before and after lunchtime. When I need certain prescriptions, I'd rather not drive all the way to see if they're even open. Thinking about switching to a different location since this one is not reliable at all since the location change.

Since becoming Walgreens I have had terrible customer service. I have been giving the wrong dosage on something I have taken for years. They have not given me the full prescription on a 90 pill supply with no notice of a partial on their end or when I picked up the medicine. And today Sarah a very obnoxious, rude pharmacist advised me I could not get an emergency couple of pills for my blood pressure medicine that I have no refills for because “our system won’t allow it”. She also had a rude tone and attitude stating she “can’t just hand out pills”. I have never been so insulted by a pharmacist. I feel like since you have changed from rite aid to Walgreens your service has gotten worse. Now my insulin is out of stock. This has happened before with other medicines. I have had two of my medications denied payment by my insurance because of an error in “our system”. Your “system” and her attitude both need adjustments and have caused this long time customer to be transferring her prescriptions to Somewhere else with better customer service and a working “system”. The most upsetting part is that Sarah is a unprofessional rude person who was not remotely interested in assisting me. I have been on this medication for years. I’m not going to sell a bp pill. And when I go to the drive thru now you wait for 20 minutes at least for them to even acknowledge you.

I am an RN and a temporary caregiver to a recently hospitalized family member who utilizes this pharmacy. I generally do not shop here, however, I'm learning that it's a great store with a nice variety of products. Unfortunately, the customer service and prescription accuracy at the pharmacy counter is terrible. To the degree that I will be transitioning my grandparent to a privately owned/family operated pharmacy across the bridge as soon as possible. I know from experience that patient safety, patient teaching, and cost efficiency measures still prevail at Hargrave's.

Continuously running into issues with the same exact prescriptions not being filled on time every month for family members. There was never an issue when this location was a Rite Aid. It should not be a complicated ordeal every single month when no changes to medications have been made. It’s such a serious matter:
