Very helpful staff. Wheelchair accessible. They also have packing and shipping materials as well as birthday and other cards. Always in and out. There is a good-sized parking lot as well to the side of the building.

I had a delivery driver yell at me in a Price Chopper bathroom rasing his voice telling saying "I dont know what you are doing in there but hurry it up!" I told him I was using it currently but he seemed to be even more angry and started to raise his voice by saying "He is on the clock and he came here to use the bathrooom" I told him that there was other bathrooms he could use but he did not want to hear any of it instead he stayed there arguing with me about how long I was taking. This uncalled for and need to be dealt with.

Great service if you go inside. Delivery seems to be a difficulty. My mail returned to sender without proof of change of address. Hold placed on my mail items without my request. Is it a fluke in the system or simply the fact that I'm a Muslim woman, Black. Muslim. Woman. I wonder. Post man treated with upmost respect yet I have been receiving calls from my important documents being returned... how rude.

It is what I expect to get as far as service at that Post office except that there not sending me my mail to the right address. After I told them I moved. I should be receiving mail to my new address not my old.

5-STAR REVIEW FOR THE FULTON POST OFFICE!I would like to thank and give a Big Shout-Out and “Five Star Review” for providing “Outstanding Customer Service” and “Over-The-Top in Going Above and Beyond” to the Fulton Post Office Staff!!You see, our Dad Elmer, who now lives in Fulton, NY, with our Sister Sharon, was having his 84th Birthday on December 10th, and it was decided to get him Green Ridge Pizza from Scranton, PA, which he loves. My sister was gathering everyone for a party with the arrival of the pizza for our Dad, as well as Christmas pizza for the family.This pizza is special and Joe, from Green Ridge Pizza, mailed two boxes on Monday, December 6, 2021 and they were finally delivered on Monday, December 13, 2021.Through multiple USPS Text Notifications, phone calls to USPS directly and to finally calling the Fulton Post Office to track down the pizza, I spoke with Merissa at the Fulton Post Office. She was so understanding, kind and went above and beyond in trying to locate the two pizza boxes. She called me back after they received their next shipment and she and the staff went through every slab trying to find the pizza boxes, but with no success on Saturday. The pizza was finally delivered Sunday afternoon to the Fulton Post Office and the pizza was delivered on Monday. Merissa called, again, to let me know that the pizza was delivered to our Dad, but unfortunately all six pizzas were spoiled.Honestly, even though this did not turn out as expected, it brought tears to my eyes in the efforts, thoughtfulness and kindness of the Fulton Post Office staff that were like Christmas Elves in trying to find and deliver the pizza and that made up for all the difference in this not working out as planned.Thanks, again, to the Fulton Post Office for all you do and knowing there are incredible people that make the World a Better Place through their actions, help and kindness!Have a safe, happy and wonderful New Year!Carolyn Shamowski

Went in this morning to mail a package. Diana was super friendly and fast! The place also had all of the packing materials necessary and a great gift card selection. Big recommend.

The Fulton Post Office is always a pleasant experience for myself. Everyone who works at this Post office, always gives good customer service.
