I was able to get my 7yo grandson in for a school haircut. Being it was Saturday before school starting Wednesday, it was busy but the girls were all very personable and were very good with the kids, and adults, they had in there including my grandson. Very pleased with the service and price. We have been here before and will continue to go there.

Emily is a kind, courteous person. She asks how I'm doing and always asks if there's anything else that she can do. My experience with her has always been pleasant especially when she takes care of me enough times. I feel comfortable with her taking care of my needs and I highly recommend her to anyone.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!! I went in looking for a angled bob with a picture to show what I was referencing. The stylist seemed to know exactly what I wanted and discussed layering to fall right. She washed my hair, cut it and then had me leave while it was still wet. I went home finished drying my hair only to find out that it was a complete hack job of a cut. I had an important event later that evening so I called to discuss my issues. I was told the manager would return my call. No manager ever called back and I ended up locating a different salon that took me right away and fixed it but if course with their normal fee. So one cut cost me TWO salon fees. I called again and finally got ahold of the manager only to be told she could have offered to fix it but no refunds due to their policy. I contacted corporate office and was told the exact same thing. With the cut I received I don't fully trust any of the stylists to fix it at that shop but it wasn't even an option since no one contacted me back!
I'm not sure how you can even look at these pictures and think they look good. I even added the reference photo I showed my stylist. I have never gotten such a bad bob haircut and I will definitely never return due to how they handle screw ups.

There price's are horrible and the hair cutter had bad attitude and never once said her name like she didn't care to be there. I payed 30.00 plus 4.00 tip which I didn't want to give her. I had a wash and a straight across cut and had to leave with my hair wet and she had such an attitude with me and I think it was because I said something about my hair loss and didn't notice she was going bald on top of her head. She came back with a mean response, I said sorry I didn't notice. To be nice I offered her a pick in wigs I had that are real hair but don't use them anymore. She said I don't need a wig meanly and said give them to a transgender person, this made me feel very uncomfortable. My thought first was why not to cancer patients or elderly person, I didn't say it out loud. I went quiet. Then we went on to talking about the style I wanted next and she really made me want to run out of the store. She said the place that trains them doesn't focus on showing them any new hair styles just basic cut that's it, that blew me away. I wanted a curly roundish perm that rested on my shoulders which is hard to come by with my experience of trying different places, especially really curly, always comes out almost straight, nightmare after nightmare. My hair always curled great. I have psoriasis and she went on with all it is, is dry skin. I didn't want to correct her on this because I am sure I would have had to deal with more attitude. So I just wanted to get the hell out of there, with her nonsense and attitude. I am never going there again. Months later and I see she is still there. Yup! you sure care alright. By the way your feedback@ to talk to you is a joke right. went there and there was no way to respond to you.

If you don't want your hair chop in random places I don't recommend you going there . I have spent 30$ plus a 10$ tip for my hair to be buched . I wasn't shown the end results until I seen my husband about an hour later . I went back for a refund and I was told to leave because they had said I must of did it when I got home,I was totally in shock of what she had said to me very unprofessional the music that was in background was inappropriate for a family salon in the middle of Walmart. Not to mention she didn't even wash my hair which had styling products in it she just began chopping I should knew right there my experience there wasn't going to be very good.

Almost 54 yrs old, I decided I needed a change. Cassandra went to town, and she was so nice and professional. I love my hair and color. Great job. ? before long and blahhhh after shorter, and I feel spunky. Thank you so very much.
