The intention of this organization is wonderful but if you present and anything bother than a white cis person with perfect mental health who conforms to their values, they treat you disparagingly and with little respect if they acknowledge you at all.

Prices are way high for used free donations. I came across a pair of shoes ripped heel hanging off. Price said 6.99 good luck with that. Furniture is mostly retail. DVD are 1.99 pawn shops have them for a 1.00 alto of the best stuff the staff bring home. But then out my window I can hear them ambushing people who are dirt poor going threw donations out side for clothes. They yell can't do that its steeling. Its stealing when the stuff is brought into the store and marked. Then someone comes in and steals it. Glass is all over out side and trash. Up the hill.
