They don't tell you if there's a funky charge on your account and they think it my be fraud. They just shut down your account and leave you in the dark until you say something about it. They won't help you after business hours either. Get it together!

I've been banking with OCFCU for years and I couldn't ever dream of going elsewhere! I walk in and they know me by name! I have laughed, celebrated, and cried with just about all of them, and they genuinely care about their members! They have held my hand and guided me every step of the way with all my financial milestones and I know I couldn't have done any of it without them! Their slogan is "where members are like family" and that couldn't be any more true! Thank you to everyone at OCFCU! They truly do feel like an extended family!

Absolutely amazing staff! Very supportive and will to help! Courtney has been a huge help figuring out the new update and any problems I’ve had, logging in, password resets, etc.

They locked me out of my account, forced me to change password, and then locked me out again. They were of no help over the phone and blamed their new system. So I'm supposed to trust my money with them even though they can't allow me to access my account?! I'll be switching credit unions in a matter of days... Ridiculous!
