A 15-minute wait time turned into 2hours wait and still not show up. Businesses as switching to cashless pay. But not Nu Cab. Which also charges $2 extra for using a card to pay.

I get appointments so far away and have to use med transportation for them. I don't care that they are a little late for pick up because they schedule enough time between for travel, but when it comes to pick up to go home it's horrible on me. Medtransport seems to only use nucab idk why but does. The first time I waited for over 2 hours for pick up. Today I'm still waiting even though I've called quarter after 2 and when I called again and jts now 3:05 she tells me they are going to send them out of fulton in 10 minutes, so they haven't even left to come and get me yet, it's frustrating to wait around and there are no seats to sit unless you want to sit in the rainy cold weather

This and every other cab service sucks in Oswego can't get a ride when you need one or they are always an hour or more behind.

Poor maintenance on vehicles. Smelt of cigarette smoke.Late pick up going to and from destination.

not a customer but was just almost ran over by one of their drivers as they were pulling out of a driveway. please hire drivers that can pay attention to their surroundings

Very iffy service. One of the men who answers calls tend to be very rude when talking to you. They also don't always write the pick up in. Sometimes they come on time, but more often come 10-20 minutes after you ask them to be there. Been late to work quite often.

Waited for over 4 hours and the cab company kept saying they were in the driveway and the lady that answers the phones laughed at one point. I had to change a Dr. Appt 3 times because of there inability to be up front about how long I was going to take. Call Fulton taxi they are better.

Worst cab company ever called told 15 minutes 45 minutes later called back said they are on their way another 10 minutes they showed up. I will never call again ill walk next time

Friendly drivers. Quality cabs to ride in. A pleasant ride overall.Also, other cabs you have to pay cash but this establishment does charge a card!Pleasant lady on dispatch evertime I call.Highly reccomend.

Literally thee worst cab company around. They will leave you sit forever and not come get anyone in a timely manner. I have spent soooo much money with zero customer service. Ill never call again. Just get an Uber.rhem
