Most of the members of my family bank here, and it is your typical small-town bank branch. We have had issues with our accounts, and the local people are usually quick to resolve problems, especially if you go in in person. The downside is that many of the problems seem to be the bank's issue. (For example: sometimes things come out of our account, and there is still a hold, so it is like the money is out twice, and once money was removed from an account by a teller in a branch in another state.)
