Go elsewhere, trying to contact anyone to pay bills or having it actually taken out in a timely manner is like pulling teeth.

Storage is nice however trying to reach somebody via phone or even stopping by to pay to your bill is next to impossible. I called specifically to see what their hours were. They stated their hours are 10-2. I show up at 1:20...nobody there. I call...goes to voice mail. Nice storage...customer service? Not so much.

Reasonable price just wish you could get insurance. Rely home insurance but we don't have it thankfully nothing happened
