very unprofessional. a trained hairstylist said they would have to shave a knot out of a little girl's hair. I'm not trained at all And I got the knot out w out having to shave it ,or cutting too much off. They also made her cry, by putting her in the adult chair after she was offered the racecar chair. The snotty comment, I would have to shave her head and I don't want to be the bad guy. No, u not helping a little girl and shaming her makes u the bad guy.I will never go there again.
