“Here's a big shout out to both Mike and Carson of the Denville NJ Wireless Zone store known as the VERIZON store--located in the Denville Commons, near Walgreens. WOW--they were great. I had recently gotten a new really super phone with all the bells and whistles--from the Verizon store at the Rockaway Mall convenience center. The place is dimly lit, and the knowledge of some of the "salesfolk" is on a par with the lighting. Some of them knew little about what I was asking--and just left it to me--frankly, a human antique--to figure out. That's ageism taken to its highest degree. I needed my questions answered, so inasmuch as I was going to Denville cleaners ( also a great place I've been going to for thirty years), I decided to stop in and see if they had the answers. Both young men took the time to not only answer my questions, but also rearrange my home screen for me. RESPECT!! that's what they showed--and I didn't even get the phone from them. As a result, I recommended them to my son, who will be joining me this weekend on another visit to the store, as he purchases a new "bells and whistles" phone. as a retired Director of College Counseling, Guidance Director, High School Principal, College Professor--and small businessman myself, I feel so good writing this, because what I experienced at the Denville Verizon store is not always the case in the business world today.
