I have had my hairs cut by Kaija at Saphire Salon and Spa many times over the years. I have always enjoyed my time sitting her chair chatting about life and the end result of her handiwork. She is open to feedback and is willing to communicate openly about the cut while she works. I’ve always felt that her top priority is for her clients to be happy and satisfied with the end result. Worst hair cut I've ever gotten. She basically cut all my hair off and gave me something basically resembling hitlers hair cut. This will take months to grow out. Even if I wanted extensions I couldn't get them because that's how short it is. I brought in pictures, we talked about what i wanted. She said she totally got it. Well she totally did not. I'm embarrassed to even leave my house because I have no hair.Service: Haircut
