Top-notch service from beginning to end. Mike patiently answered all my questions and was available throughout the selling process. Everything was clearly planned out and made selling my family’s estate so easy. I was out of state and they worked hard to inventory and sort everything. Due to his extensive online reach, everything came in at a fair price during the selling stage. We sold every lot that was listed! I even hired them to haul off anything that wasn’t sellable and they handled it all. I would absolutely hire Peterson Auction again without hesitation and I encourage anyone else to do the same.

The online portion of the auction was fine. My issue is I bought a truck for $3465. On the title they put $ 3850. They included the 10% buyers premium. I questioned it and they told my it was the law and they had to include it. When I put the title in my name, my notary told me that's false and I got swindled. I called Mike , who told me the notary doesn't know what she's talking about. So I called a separate Pa notary who confirmed the first notarys opinion. This economy is hard enough without just giving extra money to the government. Watch out and know the law.

THE SUBARU AUCTION WAS ADVERTISED TO END AT 6PM. I WAS HIGH BIDDER WHEN THE AUCTION ENDED. BUT, MIKE ADDED 3 MINUTES TO THE AUCTION. THE ADDITIONAL BIDDING TIME WAS NEVER DISCLOSED BY MIKE'S STAFF WHEN ASKED, NOR WAS IT ON HIS WEBSITE. ADDING ADDITIONAL TIME WITHOUT DISCLOSURE IS CONSIDERED FRAUD.

Mike and crew made this auction very easy on all of us .if you ever find yourself in a situation where you have to have an auction Peterson auctions is who you want to call. Mike is a hard charger and gets everything and more right down to the last item. They made this a great experience and would not hesitate to call them again

I am a paralegal working for a law firm that was representing an estate that recently sold a home in Clarendon. The home was 1.5 hours from my house so finding a reliable, honest auctioneer to help sell the contents and house was crucial. I reviewed many websites and liked what I saw on Mike Peterson Auction & Realty Service. I liked that it was family owned and operated. Mike and Mrs. Peterson met me at the home within a few days after my initial call. I couldn't be any more pleased with how easy they made the entire process. I rarely post any positive or negative feedback on sites, but their service was over the top!

Mike Peterson Auctions recently held an online auction for my family that included the sale of the furnishings and possessions of my stepfather, who has moved into assisted living in Jamestown. They were very sensitive and understanding during an emotional time.Their costs were fair and reasonable and included the sorting and categorization of all items, as well as disposal of those items which were not salable. They also cleaned up and swept down the house and two garages. They were truly a life saver to my sister and myself as we both live out of state and could not have completed this without their assistance.We enjoyed working with the whole crew, which included Amos, Suzy and Dakota. We feel like we gained four new friends.I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
