I don’t usually write reviews at all but I have to. I went in today and an Asian lady not sure her name but she had short hair. She was One of the most disrespectful and rude person I’ve ever ran into!! She did not want to deal with me from the moment I walked in. All I asked if she can check if my package is there because they sent me there and she yelled and spoke super rude to me. Wasn’t even making eye contact with me she was just like wanting me out right away. I’ve never been this upset. The way she treated me was awful ! I will never come back here again.

Staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. It is a little small, but the staff is efficient.

There has to be a way to remove Ms Chui from this location. She is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and always raises her voice if she's asked questions about missing mail etc. I'm a 100% sure she delays the mail delivery. Mail is supposed to be in at 11am and its almost never there until 3pm. We have also reached out to the postal inspector to investigate mail theft since she returned to this location. We will gather evidence to submit to them. We have a P.O box for over 50 businesses and have been coming here for over 10 years and this woman does not acknowledge the regular customers let alone smile and say hello. She is extremely passive aggressive in her responses. We were very happy when she was not at this location temporarily. And she always speaks to her coworkers in a language other than English in front of the customers at the window. Our neighborhood needs to petition to remove her and her coworker from here. We are paying customers, she is not serving USPS for free.

I come to drop off packages every once in a while and have had good experiences. My packages arrive to the destination around 3 days after drop off so very standard and professional. The post office is small, but the clerks work very fast to accommodate everyone. I haven't had any issues so far. They have been lovely so far.

if I could give it a zero I would! I've been here now 20 min. and the line has barely moved . Both women were in the back. Rude and slow! Literally, no one to ask a question of. Try to avoid if u can.
