The Fresh Meadows location has a 24-hour APC/Self-Service Kiosk available for ease of convenience. People can drop-off packages into the package slots and use the parking lot at the back. The line can get very long especially during lunch time and the whole lot is nice. Service is not fast and the location is often short on shipping supplies such as medium-sized priority mail boxes, so some people drive to other locations. The workers are courteous and the nicest they have experienced. The post office is appreciated and hands down the best in terms of service and location.
stupid kiosk is always broken. supervisor also has zero idea how to operate the machine. don't bother going here because the kiosk is either broken or the overnight drop box is packed shut.

ALWAYS SHUTS DOWN THE KIOSK DURING OFF HOURS. MACHINE IS NEVER WORKING WHEN POST OFFICE IS CLOSED! ONLY KIOSK IN TOWN AND NOW I HAVE TO GO TO MINEOLA JUST TO GET A LABEL. VERY POOR UPKEEP AND ZERO FRIENDLINESS AT THIS STATION!

Almost every time when my usps informed delivery Daily Digest showed the photos of important mails( government checks, credit card replacement ) were coming , they were never being delivered. only the junk mails always received on time. BE ALERT!! This post office is a fraud!
