$3.81 to print one page. Egregious pricing. Very busy store.
Came back today 8.8.24 and employee threw my return package with electronics on the floor. This seems like an attempt to damage the products to void my return. Amazon has complained previously regarding the condition of the contents of the package and now I know why. Not sure what the employee gains out of doing this.

The trio of young men led Mr. Nemo were absolutely wonderful. They were very kind and accommodating. They took care of my notary public concern promptly. I am very satisfied and will be coming to this location from now on. Thanks guys.

I literally came on here to explain to the guy working there that was complaining about bad reviews WHY you have bad reviews…
1. you don’t greet customer, whether they say hello or not.
2. You allow customers that come in after others go before customers that were waiting.
3. You don’t properly call customers so people just walk around the customers that were waiting.
4. It’s chaotic & there’s no space to move.
5. Lacking customer service skills
6. Your regular customers are soo rude so that could be why the workers are taken off guard when someone is actually nice to them…

I returned something to this store that was supposed to go back to Amazon. Apparently they didn’t complete my transaction. I am now fighting this charge with my credit card company and Amazon. SO IF YOU RETURN SOMETHING HERE MAKE SURE YOU GET SOME TYPE OF RECEIPT OR PROOF THAT YOU DID THE RETURN. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION TO RETURN ANYTHING. I WILL STICK WITH KOHL’S!!!

Honestly this store has the nicest and most accommodating employees and owners. I literally order from places that have returns via UPS so that I only have to go to this store if I have a return. Thank you for serving our neighborhood

I wish you will not allow SCAM companies use your mail box service! by giving them an address you helping them to SCAM people, in your box number 25 you host a company called WTP which try to scam people that apply for trademark. I hope you will take action and do the right thing and REMOVE THIS COMPANY from your store! and when the renter of this box come in to your store please tell them they are bad people and scammers!

Everyone is friendly in this store. They are trying their best. I had frustrated with Amazon' barcode before too but it wasn't their fault. If you show the barcode from email that Amazon sent, it will work. Plus it's so convenient for our neighborhood. If so many come from far, it tells the service they have gotten. Some just took it for granted.

My experiences at this particular UPS location have always been excellent and today was the best ever with Mr. Neima Gerami known to all as Nemo. He was excellent and helped me do everything I needed with notarizing a large amount of documents, scanning, printing and sending. He spent a significant amount of time with me while attending multitudes of customers coming into that location. They work amazingly fast as you can see the huge amounts of boxes stacked up to the ceiling and outside of the store that location receives, so definitely I give it a full FIVE STAR review and kudos to Nemo, his boss and staff over there.
