For the first time, in US, I was told that no way the cashier can lookup a receipt. I gave my CC, ID etc to lookup the purchase w/o receipt. I was forced to accept a store credit ONLY. I am a senior citizen not shopping much and can't organize receipts. World is moving towards No Paper. You want to store paper. ?.
I think it is robbing by issuing store credit and forcing people to buy.

Nice variety of many useful products. Anything from nice dress shirts to pet toys all at acceptable prices. Store situated on two floors so roomy. Now let's see employees on the floor helping out customers. If help needed must look for someone or pull a cashier off the checkout line. That is a huge problem. Also found that wrong sizes for clothing were not on hangers noting size.. pick up a hanger marked large but the clothing on it was small. Very annoying.

I like coming here because it's less crowded and I know there's a bathroom. The line was long but, the young lady who wrung me up was sweet. Found some great sales.

There's this male staff that works there who I feel like I'm profiled by him every time I go to this store. As a hardworking, honest, African American and an ardent TJ Max customer I do not appreciate this. A relative of mine went there and she said of all the person's in the store he came to her to ask "can I help you??" And she left the store. Sir you don't own TJ Max and you can't stop me from shopping there and for your info I pay for EVERYTHING. Go do your job and harass the real thieves and leave honest people alone who just want to enjoy their shopping experience.
