This store is absolutely horrible, no management skills, long lines at pharmacy, they have no clue how to handle the traffic at this store. The shelves are bare. Yet when you ask if the store is closing they say no ?. This pharmacy is not a good store

Absolutely unacceptable, I wish I can give this place negative stars. About 9 months ago someone complained about the ridiculous pot hole and yet no one managed to correct it, yet I became the victim. I tried my best to avoid it but however from my angle I didn’t see how deep this pothole really was. The parking lot was also full during rush hour so many cars are were trying to squeeze through in and out the parking lot. Unbelievable that the Lot owner/store owner still allows this to exist.

It is perfectly located from all over,down the block from Queens General Hospital.Minutes from Queens Blvd,Kew Gardens,Queens College and St.Johns College.The parking lot is huge! You cant get here from the Q46,Q25,Q34 amd other buses from Manhattan to Lake Success.Pharmacy dept is very helpful! And every basic thing you will ever need is available here ! PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL.THEY RECENTLY HIRED A EXTREMELY RUDE FOREIGN CASHIER! SHE IS A FILTHY LOSER WHO TALKS TO NOT ONLY TO ME BUT EVERYONE ,I WAITED FOR A CAB,WATCHED THROUGH THE WINDOW.SHE WAS SLOW,RUDE AND NASTY TO EVERYONE! BUYER BEWARE!! SOMETHING HAS GONE WRONG,ONCE A GREAT STORE ! NOW ITS HALF NICE AND HAVE GHETTO! VERY WEIRD! THIS IS FRESH MEADOWS,NOT SPRINGFIELD GARDENS!!

I went to this store to purchase some nail polish remover, I was in the isle no sooner that two minutes, and the manager approaches me with an attitude stating that they didn't have any. Then he also stated that the cameras were on me.. I have never been so offended

Wish I could give negative star’s these people are so lazy and rude I have been calling since yesterday and. 80 times and not one time these lazy people answer the phone. There is a nasty rude lady that wears the black thing in her grad at the drop off window her attitude is disgusting and she shouldn’t scent be one of the people serving the community the way her attitude is set up. My boyfriend goes in there many times and there's this little girl at the register that Everytime she sees him, she responds "oh no, it's him". I think that's horrible. He fills all of his scripts there, and the pharmacy people treat him with respect. I also shop in there myself. I spend a lot of money. I don't even want to shop there anymore. The girl that treats me boyfriend with disrespect, is dark skinned. I consider that discrimination. Where's the manager? My boyfriend may not dress the best, but he doesn't have a lot of money. I'm reporting this to the corporate headquarters.. I made a mistake, it was the girl at the pharmacy

They have a standard “it will be 20 minutes” for anything. Go back 20 mins later and then it isn’t ready. I ask for a callback / text and I don’t get one. I’m trying to call now and they do not answer.
