I will NEVER shop at this Walgreens. Im sure the reason the service is so PISS POOR is because the corporate level of the company short staffs this branch for the sake of budgets. I was trying to pick up photos from their photo services section, and they tell me they will be right with me so I patiently wait for them to take care of me. The young woman who told me she would help me “in a minute” came back and said sorry for the wait and she would be back in another minute. Then when she comes back she gets behind one of the registers, and takes care of the long line that formed after I arrived (there was only 1 person in the line when I inquired). One of the customers even told her that I was waiting patiently at the photo section. Her response was “oh”. Then the other clerk says I have to wait in line to get my photos and the line is now 8-10 people long.Sometimes people need to know, what they have done is wrong.Sadly they will never see this. But at least if you are reading this, you will know, this branch of WALGREENS in FRESH MEADOWS is run very very very poorly.

Long lines and seniors don't always wait back of the line. They cut in front of you. You should try CVS down the blocks. It's way better service. They know how to prioritize who should get filled first. Paxlovid, this be filled right away not tomorrow afternoon. They did not answer their phone. I make one complaint and now they close my account. CVS is way better than this pharmacy.

They told me my usual prescription wasn’t covered and I had to pay $400 for an inhaler. I asked my doctor to send the rx to Amazon Pharmacy instead and it turns out it was covered and free.Turns out the pharmacist didn’t know how to look up my insurance properly, which could have cost me a fortune if it weren’t for me checking with another business. I’ll be getting all my prescriptions from Amazon from now on.

Pharmacy staff is very helpful and kind.HOWEVER, FED EX dropped my prescription at the foot of my front patio where any passerby on my very busy corner could take it. No doorbell was rung, no notice of delivery.

I've been here several times to drop off Fed Ex packages and buy items. Very good customer service. The associates greet you and items are usually updated in their inventory list. Their parking lot situation is great, so many front and back of store parking spots. The managers are really good and efficient and kind. Definitely coming back here!!!

This is absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. The staff members are so unhelpful and disrespectful, they like to call out your medical conditions so everyone can hear AND they never answer the phone. When the pharmacist was asked about how to use a biologic, she refused to come and explain, and instead she told the receptionist to tell the customer "just go on youtube". This is neglect, and it is your duty as a pharmacist to help and guide your patients. Truly disgusted, never going there again.

I have never left a review in my entire life… I have to say my experience here was by far the worst. Let me just say this place is rat infested to the point the female manager probably is turning into one. Secondly anyone can walk up in there and walk out with anything you want… the manager ALLOWS IT! HR, secret service or the president needs to investigate this place and management!!!! SOS

The candy isle literally had a rat eating twizzlers. And the manager Faira tried to help me with a price adjustment and was being very rude to me and took her 1 hour to change the price she doesn’t not know what she is doing and also she smelled like she hasn’t showed since she was born. Everyone there looks miserable because I have heard the manager over works their employees. The store smells like dead animals. Managers look like they hate life.Terrible store will never go back.

id give zero stars if i could. i’ve had countless horrible interactions with this specific store location but lately it’s been even more disgusting than usual. i’ve seen more rats here than i have in the subway, which is ALOT. the manager seems to enjoy the rats because i think they’re her family. she’s no more disgusting than them. i’ve witnessed so many robberies when i come in during the evening and it’s so dangerous over all. i’ve caught the manager texting on her phone everytime i’ve tried to address the rat situation. she’s useless and i don’t even know why she’s employed here. 0/10 recommend. STAY AWAY

I shop here almost every day. I’m very familiar with the staff and they’re always helpful, friendly and nice. The only poor experiences I have had are due to the high crime rate in Fresh Meadows right now. I’ve been a witness to three separate instances of robbery at this store. Two times while being accompanied by my 4 year old. The manager and staff ask us not to intervene, remain calm and apologize to us. They have to let the thief’s walk out with merchandise. If they intervene they can get fired. If we as customers intervene we are obviously putting ourselves in danger. When the police comes they do a report and that’s it. Those experiences make it uncomfortable to shop and makes me feel bad for the staff. So for the people complaining about everything being locked up, I have seen a group come in and start shoving entire shelfs worth of things into black garbage bags, shopping carts and their hands. They get confrontational with the staff and customers. I think those are measures taken to prevent theft but also to keep staff and customers safe. Other than that, if I could give 10 stars to the staff, I would. They are a great staff just dealing with the current crime issues at Fresh Meadows. Pictures are of today 12/20/2022 around 9 pm.
