Aj is a phenomenal person to work with. He isattentive to detail, a master of his craft, and caringindividual. A true professional. He went back andforth with me on my design for a business card, andwhen I forgot to fix a small detail, he called me on hisown time and fixed it free of charge. After speaking many times with a rep (who seemed uninterested from the beginning) i finally arranged a time to come in. Store was empty and dry, so was the greeting. When i spoke to them over the phone, i was told that they would try replicate my sample i had, which is what my fiancé wants (wedding invite)As soon as we told him that we wanted something close to the sample their response was “we dont do that!” This was very upsetting since i has specifically explained what my intensions were before taking a day off work to come to this place. Their lack of hospitality and plain unwillingness to work with you is second to none.So save some time and go to an honest printer, don’t be fooled by their “5 star” 5 review rating. Which probably are their own staff.

I recently had invitations and programs printed for a special event and was so happy with their excellent and reliable customer service. They helped with design and development in such a professional manner. Even though I was dealing with a project I had never handled before, they made it all seem so easy.
