I have used Vanessa for my dog Punkie for years. I actually followed her from another shop. She is the dog whisper. My little guy loves her and will not allow anyone else (his vet) to touch him without a fight. His grooming experience is always great. I have always been with the sevice.

I rarely rarely post reviews but feel compelled to do it now. This is the third time I took my dog here and past experiences have been positive. This last time was horrific. My dog was not the same two days after and I heard it's sometimes normal so I didn't think anything of it until I noticed he had a bump on his ear. After looking further, I realized it was coagualted blood. I rinsed it in hot water and wiped it down and sure enough there were blood stains. I wasn't even told by the groomer that they nicked him or maybe even cut his ear. I'm very upset and definitely won't be returning.

I took my 7 month old dog for his first cut & this has been such a terrible experience. I asked them for a teddy bear cut & a fluffy face trim. When I went to pick up my dog, I didn’t even recognize him! He was completely shaved down all over & his paws were so hard & dried out. My poor baby is freezing every day now. When I asked why was he shaved down so much I was told that my dog was matted which he wasn’t. I told them I hated his cut & nothing was offered besides a sorry but they “had” to. I added on a teeth brushing service & my dog’s mouth still stinks. I had to come home & do an oral rinse for myself. I’ll never go back here again.

Horrible service. Every time I go there they say one thing on the phone and another thing in person, about the price and the appointment time. Have zero communication between the staff members everyone says something else.

Good service, but prices keep raising out of no where every visit. I paid $96 for my cockapoo, it's never been this high. Consider another place for your grooming needs.

I’ve been going to Lucky Paw since they opened in fresh meadows. The staff is always friendly and the groomers do a great job. My mini poodle always looks handsome leaving the appointment.

Everytime I go there is a $10.00 increase from the last time. I think $97.00 for an eight pound dog is ridiculous. Have been going here for years but will not be going back.
