I just came for regular foot pedicure, $22, no color. It was so fast and barely anything to the bottom of my sole. Quick 10 minutes just cutting my nails, putting my foot in warm water and scrub that’s it. Not even the skin peeling tool that’s $10 extra.

I would give this salon a big zero? This was my second time I went there and I regretted again. Everyone that works there behave soo rude and disrespectful. Last time I removed my eyelashes for $10 and I thought they will charge me the same but they didn't. This time they charged me $15 just for removing a few lash. And plus they won't let you leave their salon without giving them a tip. They wanted me to give them $15 for removing and $10 for tip. I have been doing my lash for years and years I always removed my lashes for only $10. Don't ever go to this salon I had to go because its very close to my house I had no choice if you can don't disrespect yourself by going there. When they see you that your a new Costumer they will try to be soo smart and make you fool so please don't get fool by them.

Stella did my nails, she rushed it, complained that I wanted them too long, and was talking rudely about it with other staff AND costumers. She didn’t give me what I asked for. It looks clunky and terrifying.

I normally go here to do a mani and brows and it's never a problem. Yesterday I went and did it and the attendant didn't seem to really be paying attention to her job. I left with the skin around my brows burning and woke up today to find that that the skin had gotten burnt from the wax. When I went back to ask for a refund they told me 'next time threading no wax', gave me A&D ointment and didn't give me a refund on top of it. Would not recommend.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with this salon. I wouldn’t go here again if you paid me to. The nail techs were extremely rude and didn’t do the proper set that I requested. Even argued with me after I tried to correct it. They even had the audacity to tell me not to come back because they deemed my tip “not enough”. In all actuality the tip I gave them was what they deserved. DONT GO

I had a really good experience at Parsons Nail Spa and I definitely recommend it to others! Krystal was super nice and friendly, she did an amazing job with the design I wanted. She was very patient from start to finish, and so were the other employees there!I felt comfortable at the salon because the space was pretty big and clean as well. I really liked the atmosphere here. My gel extensions lasted for so many weeks without chipping. Overall, you won't be disappointed if you come here!
