Bought new kitchen appliances and a window AC unit for my mom's Coop apartment in Forest Hills. Len Harris made the purchase a positive experience. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end, especially since I was coordinating this project from another state. Len guided me thru the process and directed me towards the appropriate appliances for a small galley kitchen. I would strongly recommend Len Harris as they are true professionals, pricing competitive with the big box stores and outstanding customer service. A+A+A

Len Harris was professional prompt and precise! I came here after years of shopping at PC Richard's. Had a horrible experience with them and came here to buy the same dryer. I bought it within minutes and Len Harris was able to deliver and install within days. They were even able to put the dryer vent through the window. They did a fabulous job and I plan on buying ALL my future appliances here. Everyone was friendly and informational. And best of all, close by! I definitely recommend this place!

I strongly recommend the Len Harris appliances business. The quality of their products, their service, their follow up, their delivery, their installation, their warrantees, in every way, they are honest, trustworthy and honorable. Even though I dealt mainly with Howard, I also dealt with other members of their team, and their entire team, they are all professional, dependable they are superb. I have bought several appliances from them, including two a/c recently, and I am enjoying them immensely; especially these two a/c’s which I got during the recent heat wave. I use the remote control, turn one on, set it to 78°F - 80°F (because I like this temperature), and enjoy.

i had the most amazing customer service experience with len harris. the owner is amazing & went above and beyond to solve a need for a part that he probably made very little profit on, but for me it is invaluable! i highly recommend giving this great company your business! so refreshing to find someone today that really cares about what they do!! tricia h

Shop local! Great customer service and nice selection of appliances at fair prices.Update: Unfortunately, the appliance was not delivered on the designated date/time. Upon reaching out to the store our order was never placed onto the delivery truck. We received a refund and placed our order elsewhere.

We had a great experience purchasing our new washer and dryer from Len Harris. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful in checking inventory and getting us all the parts necessary. Delivery and installation was very smooth as was the haul away of old machines. Prices are competitive and got my machines delivered within a week.

Len Harris saved Thanksgiving!I had ordered a refrigerator directly from the manufacturer in September and after their logistics company cancelled on us 7 times I found myself about to host thanksgiving without a fridge suited to the task.I called Len Harris on Tuesday. Jonathan let me know that my model was in stock and also let me know other less expensive versions were in stock too. He sent me the spec sheets and I was able to place the order by phone. Just over 24 hours later the refrigerator was already installed in my kitchen ready for the holiday!I am so amazed at how quick and easy the process was. I didn’t even have to go to the showroom and they made sure I got my appliance the very next day. Highly recommended!!
