On the afternoon of June 19, 2024, I sat on a seat at the Kohl's. Then, a female hispanic employee walked by and said "YOU CAN"T SIT HERE, blah, blah, blah" with a Spanish accent. I could not understand the rest she said. There was no sign saying that "Don't sit in this chair". The chair was NOT in "the employee only section". She was one of the rudest employees that I have encountered at a store. Kohl's should have educated employees how to respect customers instead of bossing customers around.

They still haven't fixed their escalator which leads folks to have to take the elevator which is an inconvenience since it's in the back. They also don't properly label the yellow stickers to indicate the prices of their clothes on sale since the yellow stickers are missing the prices

I love the store and I love getting my coupons. However I wish they would keep the store a little cooler. It's extremely warm in there and not so comfortable to sit there and try on clothes.

Store is always crowded and messy. Not enough help on the sales floor. Registers are few since now there is self check out if you use your credit card. Sadly, anytime you receive a coupon in the mail and try to redeem it, most of your items are not eligible for the discount. That’s just not right. They get you in there with a 30% coupon by implying that you will be receiving that hefty discount when in reality most of their brands, do not accept the discount. This is why I stopped shopping at Macy’s a while ago. If you issue a coupon, it should apply to all brands or then retailers should at least offer the discounts several times a year for those specialty brands.
Lastly, forget the return line...you’ll be there all day. At least the parking lot is free.

Only 2 cashiers at checkout trying to force you to use your kohls card or other credit cards so banks can make more moey off us consumers self checkout does not except cash escalator broken employees where professional and apologetic

Great location! Fast service, go early at 9am to avoid the lines, or go late at 9pm, midday too many people.
