The customer service sucks I went in there 3 times in the last 5 days and they have one guy that he waits until he gets all the orders and then goes to get the stuff so you’re supposed to wait 30 minutes for everyone to decide then you can leave don’t waste your time going there’s soo many other better options.

I was excited to see their huge collection of disposables, particularly my go-to brand. But when I became that unlucky one who picked up a detective one, they went on and on about how I have to pick up the loss. They eventually offered me a discount on another one, as if they were doing ME a favor. Since when do customers pick up the loss for defective items?

This place is not a licensed dispensary and is therefore operating illegally. Please report them to the NYS OCM or your local police. The sign on the outside says "Waferz". They sell unlabeled products with no certification whatsoever. I have also witnessed them sell cannabis products to underage consumers. They are ripping people off by selling illegal product with ThC percentages that are not verified by a certified laboratory.

There’s a place on parsons boulevard 5 minutes away right next to parson ale house. They don’t have oregano in their pre rolls.

Terrible service , there was an middle eastern guy he was so disrespectful and utterly rude. Everything is overpriced I only went inside because the store across the street was not open. For it to be so close to ST John’s I thought theyd be reasonable prices like every other store where I have brought vapes . On top of that the products are fake and faulty , don’t go here especially if your a student there are better places right across the street. Waste of money and time !

This shop is not a tattoo shop. It's a cannabis store. The staff is pretty rude with full of attitude. Zero star on their customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

…?? I’ve been here before in the past. Service was okay so I came here again to see what else they have. Store hours say noon to 10 PM. I came here by car a few minutes ago, around 4:15 PM… and the gates were closed and pulled down? Called just now and also no response. Please adjust your hours on Google for people who make the trip out here, or even for people in your very own neighborhood. Thanks. As for the person from this store who I noticed responds to critical reviews that they receive on here, feel free to respond and claim that I am making things up as I’m reading you’ve been claiming to other reviews… The store was closed well into the business day and that’s that.

The African American female cashier has a nasty attitude . As soon as I walked in she said “we’ve been over this before”. I never saw her before in my life. Obviously, she thinks all my people look the same. Just overall unprofessional behavior.The lady who I believe owns the store makes up all kinds of stuff when you ask her about a product and they don’t have it in stock. Three years ago she told me pre-rolled filters were discontinued and backwoods are banned in the state of New York. Both major lies if you know your stuff.But they do have a good inventory.
