This is not a hand car wash. It is a standard automatic tunnel wash with motorized brushes that will scratch your car. Not sure how they are able to advertise as a hand car wash. When I asked the attendant he pretended to not speak English.

I just got a car wash the week before so it wasn't too bad. It's just the snow and salt I focused on but still!!!
They never even opened the back doors to vacuum!!!
Didn't even touch the trunk.
It still needed a vacuum to swipe over alittle.
Worst service ever. Will NEVER go back

Great car wash. Attention to detail. A bit pricey but worth a go. They also have service wash which can be cheaper if kept on going there, so if you go to a car wash steadily that should be your go to. Amazing customer service ??

WORST $61 EVER SPENTPaid for a hand wash and VIP service and these were the results. Never doing this again, rather pay the street car wash $25 they definitely do a better job then this.

Do not go here!!!!!! Do not go here!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!! If I could I would give this place ZERO stars. I paid 180$ for them to wash everything. They did a ok job until I found streaks and dirt on the steering wheel and parts of the car. It looks like they used dirty water and a dirty towel to wipe everything down. They also ruined the drivers seat. Which now has a hole in it. I will never come back here again.The entire wash took over two hours.... For taking so long they did a real shitty job.The biggest waste of 180$ ever! Also a waste of time because the job was done so poorly ... Do your self a favor and go else where

Terrible, especially for the price. They barely got the bird poop off my car. I had to go around and point out all the areas the wash missed. Go elsewhere.
