“Eve and her team (Justin & Lance) is just fantastic! I wished I had found them sooner! I initially came here to replace a worn out tire and they took me in and replaced it very quickly with my used tire. I proceeded to ask about their services and reminded myself I must come back to perform more maintenance services. Honesty is the best policy for any business and they exemplify just that! They took great care of my car. I went there for replacement of all (4) Rotors and (4) Brake Pads. They gave some checks on a few things that I asked about and they said it was good. They could have told me it needs to be replaced and charged me more money but they didn't. Kudos on being honest! It is appreciated! They were super nice and welcoming. “So I came to Lai's auto service in need of some serious work, and let me tell you they did not disappoint. I met Andrew the mechanic and he was very polite, honest and straight forward. He let me know of a lot of problems I didn't know I had and previously I was going to another shop but they were just taking my money. Andrew helped me out and explained everything with details and ways I could understand. It was a great experience overall and the prices were good and they are quick and efficient with the work I definitely recommend.”

“The Dry Harbor Mobile Service and Gas Station. I've been coming to this garage for my last three vehicles. The manager is Joe is fair, friendly and easy to talk with. I've asked him to have his people to identify a couple of issues with them. The Service mechanics Ramon and Bobby are excellent at what they do a d are friendly , thorough. I have built a level of trust with this group. They are also a station that AAA towing is based out of the Gas Station service station. The three groups gas service and AAA All work great together. Will continue using the service provided gladly.”

“I just recently visited the mechanic here and It was efficient and very professional. I had to get my front bumper replaced and painted and it was done within two days fully painted and installed. I cant even tell that I had gotten into an accident! The mechanic there was very upfront and cost effective based on the service that was provided. Highly recommend! “Great customer service by Juan. I walked in last minute for inspection due one day from scheduled. The staff was done for the day yet Mr. Juan did the inspection for me. I assume he is the manager / owner since he was behind the counter. When i asked he said “is fine he will do it not to worried “ Thankfully he did. Rick is extremely honest n with that being said, his shop is super busy. Bt I would prefer to call n b fit in n have excellent work at an honest price, then to go elsewhere. He recently hired a front desk manager. Mike. He is also very good at getting cars in n out n very helpful. All of his mechanics are pleasant n respectful n hardworking n knowledgeable. Recently, my battery died n I live a few miles from the shop. They sent two guys over to my house , which went above n beyond, to jump my car n took it to the shop for me. My hubby was away n I needed my car. They are really wonderful. I’m so happy I found Rick’s shop.”

“Been taking my cars to this shop for about 18 years. They are good at fixing cars, honest and very reasonably priced. They will not push you to do work you don't need and they will advise you on how to fix your car as best as possible based on your budget. Right now this is the only repair shop I trust wholeheartedly. The one drawback is that you may have to wait several days to get an appointment because they are very popular (it's a small shop with only two mechanics - Joe the owner and his assistant) but they will work with you if you have an emergency, you will just have to wait an extended amount of time to get the car back. Whenever you drop your car off, be prepared to wait the entire day for the repair or possibly until the next day, but your car will be fixed right and they won't spring any surprises on you. If there's some other issue with the car, they'll call you and ask you what you want to do. I really like these guys they have integrity.”

Some days may be busy due to the shop being a little small but when its not Oil change, inspections, tire patches are in and out! All the mechanics are very honest in what needs to be replaced and does not try to upsell anything you wont need. Don't be fooled by other reviewers who clearly don't understand if they don't like the shops price they are not obligated to get work done on their vehicle there.
