I've been going to this CVS location for years. Customer service is always good for me, in the pharmacy and in store. The only problem is since it's a smaller location, they need to restock more often or stuff (especially toiletries) are always sold out.

Again, the lady pharmacist hung up on me instead of finishing her sentence. The front desk people are nice though. By the way is that difficult to replace this rude pharmacist at that CVS?

This store is terrible. Items which are on sale are not on shelves even when the website says they are in stock. There are not enough employees to help customers.
When I do find an employee to assist me, they are usually very pleasant. The real problem is with the management.

This CVS and all of its staff are always kind, respectful, and very helpful. I’ve been helped several times by Nasima, and she is always very attentive and polite, and ensures that my family and I have a fast and stress-free experience. 4/29/24-The self checkout allows for me to get in and out the store quickly. The app has plenty of coupons that help me stay in my budget. The personal care items I use are fully stocked. I see the store is going through a transition. Any idea when that will change?

The pharmacy at this location is by far the worst I've experienced they're very disorganized. Always losing people's prescriptions or information. Usually they don't have prescription available they'll tell come back the next and still won't your medication. Save yourself the headache and go to real pharmacy.

Re-trained your pharmacy staffs member. The young pharmacist, her name start with an S that I dealt with has absolutely no passion nor knowledge in the pharmacy world! She was raging and mentioned in these exact words, "I'm not comfortable and I don't care if he had surgery or not. It is my license on the line." This show how incompetent she is and not able to contact the doctor the liquid form she has available and her intern had to step in and suggested a medication I wouldn't feel comfortable of giving either. She could have say the med was prescribed, but not suggested because it was "contraindicated." To make it worse it was pouring hard today too!

Had to enter at least 1 star for this to post but no stars.Today saw one claiming to be manager repeatedly use fowl language and angry demeanor following a customer in need of assistant. Called the customer a purely female racist remark. She had a mask on but you could hear her horrendous vilifying language and she was proud of it. Why does CVS want this when there are many kind person already working there. Wouldn't be surprised if Walgreens takes this location
