Had a nasty teller always rude to my kid who wanted to change pennies,called the mgr ,he defended her.I was so upset someone on line nudged me from behind ,and I turned and almost belted them. I needed a insurance checkdeposited and one of them said no she dont do that but another emplyee overheard and came over and helped me ,all done in 5 min. The other branch had a nasty attitude when you required something with ID,would tell you the signature was no good. The best branch is in Long island,always nice.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Cibele . Despite waiting for over an hour, I found their service to be unhelpful. Additionally, I was deeply concerned by the lack of respect shown towards my mother, particularly regarding her language abilities. It's crucial for a company to foster an inclusive and respectful environment for all customers. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and lead to improved customer interactions in the future.

We have been banking in Citibank for 30÷years with direct deposit and everything. This bank is getting worse and worse. I was going to open a new account today. There was no one greet me nor talk to me. I put my name on the waiting list through the QR code they provided on the wall. Then it was lost from my phone. No one had time to care what I was doing. The bankers were in and out quickly and gave us a nonexpressed look every time they passed by. They probably have too many customers so no one had time for me. It's time to consider a different bank.

We went there to open an account but the way they treated and approached us was very disappointing. Seems they have lots of customers, they don’t need anymore customers. We have 4/5 bank accounts in different bank but never got this kind of horrible services.

No Branch Manager. Waiting time is horrible. They don't even come and ask if you need help. Can't even reach the Branch over the phone. Been a customer for 20+ years but this is the worst branch to go.

Bad experience. Wait time for banker is ridiculous. One banker let the one arrived after me go before me, citing they waited 3 hours yesterday and made an appointment for today. Wow not a good sign.

I usually drive all the way to Long Island to take care of my banking needs even though this branch is closer to my neighborhood . I hate coming here, The service is always slow. Because of an emergency, I had to go to the Fresh Meadows branch. It was a simple banking request and my wait was at least 45 minutes. If it wasn't something that needed to be done immediately, I would've left and drove to the one In Manhasset ( which always has excellent service) outside of using the atm, would never recommend this branch.

First of all its impossible to reach them on the phone. One time I did get thru I was disconnected then when I called back was told that the manager would call me back, which never happened. I took out a cashiers check which I cancelled a week later after it got lost in transit. I was charged $35 for the stop payment and told by the teller that it would take a few weeks until my $ was refunded to my account. Its been 6 weeks now. I just spent 45 mins at the bank while the manager rudely brushed me off and an employee said theres nothing they can do and that I will need to wait the full 90 DAYS as a "precaution". Just disgusting that Citibank gets a substantial loan on my dime and pays me no interest on my money that they are holding! I've been with them for 30 years but now I plan to switch to another bank. I'm apalled.

Why is it that NO ONE at this branch EVER answers the phone??? I called several times a day for an entire week, but it seems that the employees at this branch need to sign-up for a phone answering class, because none of them knows how to answer the phone! Here's a tip for you: When the phone rings? PICK IT UP!!!
