This 7-Eleven is shady! Stay away from it. The cashiers are trained to over charge. They remove your points. The products are all over priced compared to other 7-elevens in the area. Hot food is always old and expired. Which is why no one buys it. There is no rotation. They put it out at 6am and its there for 24 hours on the hot plate. I placed a delivery order. I ordered a dulce de leche haagen dasz icecream. The guy sent me a "chocolate haagen dasz". I hate chocolate ice cream. I took my car and drove to the 7-eleven and the guy in the store told me that no one was buying the chocolate so he sent me that instead. I told him thats not how it works. Maybe try not ordering chocolate if it doesn't sell. Unprofessional, staff is poorly trained and rude. Stay away from this place.

Items are constantly mispriced. On multiple occasions I came to this location and had to point out items that I was purchasing were on sale. Only for the person behind the counter to tell me that the sale had ended when it hadn't or tell me the manager had to do it and he wasn't there. This is the worst run, worst managed and worst maintained 7 Eleven I've had the displeasure going to.

COUNT YOUR CHANGE!!! They constantly short change people. My bill was $13.00. I gave the cashier a $20. He gave me $6 change. I told him he owed me a dollar; he got very annoyed. He insisted he was right. Eventually the manager came over, checked the tape and gave me the dollar. As another reviewer said between the overcharging and incorrect change they must clean up. Avoid this store.

Horrible service. Came here and scammed me; charged more when it was a discount. I went to get slurpees today at 4 pm and they said I can’t get it after waiting 10 minutes in line for one. Workers are lazy, very dirty place. I would give this a 0 star if I could. My friends got one slurpee from there at 6pm. Do not recommend.

Today we went to the store and it was slushie day, so that means we get a free slushie for everyone who goes to a 7-11.We went to the 7-11 to get three slushies for free, and we didn't get one or two or three!

Oh boy, how do I start. The place is dirty, I mean it's a 7-eleven and I don't have a high standard for them. But the slushee machine was working so there's that I guess. Let's talk about the cashier. The same exact cashier that someone wrote a review about a year ago. Young-Middle Age looking Indian man who was beyond rude. Rang a young man up in front of me in line and tried to charge him for a soda, Gatorade AND ice because he poured his Gatorade in a cup of ice. The young man tried to explain and the cashier was adamant that he bought both a soda with ice and a Gatorade. Eventually the young man was tired and was going to pay but I think the cashier saw people staring and said "Oh it's Gatorade in a cup". I'm up next and he rings up my slushee. I told him to add 2 plain slices and I'll get it when we are done, right next to the cashier. He leaves and started ringing up someone else on the other register. At this point I've seen how rude he is so I tried to remain calm, I wont even detail how he handled the other customer he rang up. I'll just say, they left and didn't buy anything. I get the pizza, and he rings me up when he's done, and I ask for the receipt. He slams the receipt down on the wet counter in front of me. At that point, I knew I'd be writing this review.

The owners and the staff of this 7-Eleven commit fraud. They never honor the sign prices. Over charged me for a Big Gulp once and when I showed the sign, The guy took it off and refused to honor the price. He got defensive and told me to take it for free as if I were some beggar so I paid the high price and took my drink. I also got two Ice-Creams from their freezer once where it said 2 for $5 and was being charged the full price. The guy’s response, “Sorry, my system is not working.” I ended up buying just one.I finally confronted them when I went to purchase a Small Slurpee the other night and the night guy at the front attempted to charge me for a Medium. I confronted him and told him to scan my Small Slurpee Cup and that there was a big sign on the Slurpee Machine that said $1 Small Slurpee. He refused to scan my cup at first and kept saying to me next time Slurpee will be free. I stood my ground and refused to pay until he scanned my cup and told him I will leave without taking the Slurpee. He finally scanned the cup and the register then said, $1 Small Slurpee. The guy then said, “Next time I will not scan this.” I will be taking action.

BIG SIGN ON FRONT SAYS 2/24oz for $5.50. Doesn't ring up that inside. I asked if they wanted me to take the false sign down, and they say no. BEWARE

Where is 7-Eleven? I have a went to makes his own prices and he doesn’t follow with the signs that I posted on there and when you buy a cup of coffee you post to get a free muffin but he charges you for the muffin. I will never go back to that 7-Eleven. The manager is no good in there. And the place is a big rip off. He doesn’t follow by the signs he charges more money, and he rips people off when you’re not looking and when you go in the morning if you look at the food, the hotdogs and everything is from the next day they’re all even the pizza it’s not a clean place

This place will rip you off, deceive you, or skim money from you. One time, I called them out on it, and instead of refunding me the difference, the owner gave me a chicken leg, which I didn’t even want, so I tossed it out. Another time, a guy called them out on it and had an argument with the owner. Today, I noticed they did the same again, so I brought it up to the cashier and he played d**** Here’s the proof in pictures.Listen, am I gonna go broke over $0.50? No, but they do this constantly and bank on people wanting to come in and out quickly, so they pull this stunt and skim $1 or $2 per purchase, multiply that by the number of people they cheat off of per day, and it adds up.Need to report to BBB.

With the previous owners this was one of the best 7/11 to go to. Once new owners took over this place has become a dump. You can constantly find expired items, employees could care less and always pay attention at the register was charged $54 for items that should have been around $16 and not given a refund I had to go through my bank to get my money back.
