Extremely friendly, professional, and honest. I got a flat while sitting in the driveway and was having trouble getting my wheel off the very corroded rim. I aired up as best I could and went to Whyte's just down the road. They made quick work of swapping my spare out in time for me to get to work. They then patched and replaced the damaged tire in a timely manner. The whole thing was an extremely generous price for how much they accommodated me.

While visiting from out of town needed repair. Couple of calls but no joy other places. Guys at Whyte's fitted me in to their busy morning. I did not know what I was in for but couldn't be happier with how it turned out.Straight up good guys. If Whyte's was nearer my home I would be a regular.

Jim's no longer there so there isn't a Whyte there any more. Mrs. Whyte only had one son named Jim and he earned the right to retire. If you can handle that reality, the place is great. If you are a former customer, they still have your records. Before Jim handed over the keys, it appears that he shared his philosophy on customer service, trust and honesty and Hank listened. If you want to catch up on Jim's children who may have been classmates, you might need Facebook. Im not sure if Hank knows how many times Jim pulled my car out of snow banks (sometimes in my own driveway) when I was in high school. If he does know, he didn't pick on me about it. Their prices are still fair and they had me out of there in no time. Still feels like "home".

Having a small RV is always a challenge finding a shop that can work on it when im on the road.. Chester went right to work finding out why my front left wheel was squealing. Found the issue, clip that holds on brake assembly was scraping inside of wheel. Had part delivered and installed quickly. Awesome response and service. Thanks to Hank & Chester for saving my trip.Service: Brakes

Had a rough day the other day blew my tensioner and belt on my way into work, didn't have a lot time to figure things out so I called triple A and figured it would be handled from there. Charlie's towing came and refused to tow me to whytes, I spoke to Hank the owner as I really wanted to try out the shop under new ownership, he offered to me a free tow for my troubles with Charlie's and got the job done and car running smoothly before I even had my lunch break. I will definitely be a routine customer. Plan on bringing my car back to get breaks as they gave me quote and it was cheaper then 2 compareable business. Thanks for your help!Service: Engine repair

FYI: This auto shop will not service your car unless they provide parts & labor therefore you cannot provide your own parts for ur car. Not using them ever. Good Luck! No good ratings from me.
