Everything went smoothly online, and I recieved a text message from Tina asking if I needed anything. When I arrived a couple days later, my code didn't work. I tried calling their "24 hour" customer service and nobody answered so I went home as I live in the area. I recieved a call about an hour later from Amber who was able to help me get a new code. Because of this I'm only giving 3 stars. I was able to find my unit easily and get inside. The only thing I could find to help me move my stuff was a tiny cart which I suppose is better than nothing.
I did notice that there was a computer in the little shed next to the gate that seemed to be offline as it was showing a boot failed screen.

I was very happy with my experience with Bolt storage in Ithaca NY. The online booking was super straightforward and quick, the offer was unbeatable! They contacted me very quickly after the reservation explaining all the details for my move in. They provide free locks too!

They charged me $178 for 4th month of renting a 10x10 drive up unit! The website stated it was $119 after 3 month special! I called to say the unit is empty, was told too bad, were keeping the entire $178! They state because I didn't give 10 day notice! But I called yesterday, and it was due yesterday, I should've only paid for 10 days of the month, but they state th we y are keeping all of my payment! The website states it would be a prorated amount, but that's not true! I've called now 2 days in a row, sent the picture they requested and still I'm told no prorated amounts if you want to throw away money even after you're d I ne with the unit, then go ahead and use them. If you want honest people to do business we ith , I advise you go elsewhere! I couldn't even get a way to contact a m as n as ger. I'm told just email support. Ridiculous rip off of a place!

The gate access code never seems to work (have had problems on 2 separate occasions) , but besides that it is a good facility. They provide a lock and it is clean
