Okay... @ the review who had to wait 15 minutes for them to find the tire and put air in it, please sit down. You're kidding right? Regardless, now I'll put my review: These guys are unbelievable, they do impeccable work. I have cracked all four rims on my 2009 Nissan Maxima & they repaired it perfect each and every time. (they even gave me a year warranty) I recently got a 2016 Nissan Altima and bought 18" rims from someone in New Jersey. They were all scratched up w/ curb rash, I brought all four to wheel fix it and they made them look incredible. (Photos attached) They also had a promo: get all 4 wheels restored, 4th one free & on top of that gave a lifetime warranty if any chipping of the paint happens. (Which I've never had a problem with in the past) So In response to the negative comment Betsy made, I would wait THREE hours for the work they do.

I Had the pleasure of working with Jessie. From the 1st call I made to enquire about their service to when I picked my wheels up. 1st class service !!!!! I could not ask for better. I brought them 4 used and abused 20" BMW wheels and they came out better than new and in the color I choose. Here is what really impressed me. when came to take my wheels home I noticed a microscopic blemish that no one would ever notice. I was about to load them in my car and Jessie asked if I would mind leaving them 1 more day so they can redo them " we can do better than that". since I have another set of wheels I said sure go for it. True to his word jessie called me the next day to tell me my wheels were ready and he did not disappoint. A few days later I noticed 1 wheel had a slow air leak in a front tire. I called jessie and he told me to bring it back and they made it all better, a mild inconvenience that they did not know when they gave it back to me so no points off for that it could have even been my tire but they fixed it no questions asked. I also purchaced a set of TPMS sensors that they installed. The car accepted them with no problems at all and I love my wheels. I would recommend my friends and family to do bussness with wheel fix it of Freeport.

The worst customer service ever since they were bought by LKQ who is a Chinese company. The rim repair can be done better in someones garage with a hammer and spray paint. This is the last time I will ever give them business and the truck driver is special " unless I have a check in my hand I am not doing anything". Well he got his last check today and never again will I buy or do business with this company, know as LKQ.

The only place in New York for wheel repair. Quality and warranty are the first along with the customer satisfaction.

Waste of time. For two days they didn't even pick-up rim for repair. No explanation not to mention apology. Worst customer service service.

I have an 84 Mustang convertible with 10 hole aluminum rims. I was tired of rubbing them out with steel wool and took a shot at this place. The rims came out looking brand new. The painted the holes and crevice then CNC machined the face of the rims. my car is currently being body worked and painted. I cant wait to see how it looks finished. Price was fair and the warranty covers the finish as long as I own the car not including any physical damage. This will be garaged when it comes out of the body shop so I'm looking forward to many years of happy use. I highly recommend.

At the end of my leased 2013 Nissan Maxima I was told by the inspector that it would cost me over 800.00 if I returned the car with the heavily damaged rim in the condition it was in. It was damaged by driving on all the parkways driving to and from my teaching job in queens everyday, hitting all those pot holes and getting three flat tires in the front wheel. I went to wheel-fix-it and fixed it for way less then 200.00. When I got the rim back, it looked bran new.

I had about 1 and a half inches long of curb rash not even. On my brand new Infiniti and I sent the rim out just for that minor repair now my rim looks worse that it did the paint on the wheel is bubbling and there is run marks. All I wanted was for them to sand the rim rash down a bit it was so minor I regret doing anything at all now. Thanks wheel fix it my $54,000 car looks silly
