“I was parked at Ronkonkoma train station a few days and came back to find all 4 wheels and tires gone off my car, Of course it was a Sunday evening. I called AAA and they couldn't tow it since it had no wheels. The call service on my insurance company insisted I did not have a policy...I came back Monday to deal with the car. All County showed up and had all the equipment. They put temporary wheels on the car and got it onto the flatbed. Elmer was amazing! Totally competent and cool. He had to roll the car into position for the truck with me inside steering the car. He was amazingly strong. We finally got the car on the flatbed. Best towing experience ever.”

“Getting your car towed is stressful in and of it self. My family car was towed to Nonstop towing over the weekend, and they were very professional in their communication. My one advise would be, if you're getting your car towed please take the registration out of the car. My experience was as follows; ourcar was towed, we did not take the registration out of the car because the cop who towed our car was, indifferent. When we called this company at around 1pm to ask about getting our registration papers, we were asked to wait for the drivers to get off break, their break was over at 2:30 pm. We got our registration papers around 3:30 and had to run back to the freeport PD for release papers. Non-stop towing closes at 4pm so we just knew we wouldn't make it in time. We wanted to avoid another fee so we called and the young lady was nice enough to wait for us and help us out. This experience is very stressful as is so its nice to have someone understand and speak to you like a human.
Yes its very expensive. But so is the price of gas.”
