I’ve purchased items here many times and donated before even though some of the volunteers are very rude. I went to donate a few days ago and the older man who I’ve encountered before was there and said very rudely “we don’t want that” (brand new ceramic houseware items I was donating). I will never step foot in this place again! Will donate to Goodwill!

I have come here a numerous times and I always purchase items and donate too. Today, I came with my sister and mother. There was new faces but the lady was there. Long story short, they made comments like watch them, keep an eye on them more than once. Not sure if he thought I didn’t know english but I sure do and I confronted him a respectful manner. This guy, who is older (grandfather) went off and used foul language. There was no respect towards the customers and the lady was there and stood quiet. I would never go again never and piece of advice you the owner; learn to control your employees and be humble. I am Hispanic and I did feel targeted due to my background.

Amazing finds! From designer clothes and handbags to children’s clothes and home goods. Bought a Michael Kors handbag for 4.99! Not only does the owner Susan only sell quality, great condition items, but, she is dedicated to her cause for animals and donates all of the proceeds to local shelters. Win/win!

Overpriced junk! The German lady behind the desk is disgustingly rude with no manners at all! She should be ashamed of herself and should learn how to talk to people appropriately! Everything in the store is overpriced and junk!
