It's very small and always super crowded. They don't even have a music section! The entrance/exit being the same door creates absolute chaos going in/coming out of the store. Other than that, it's like any other Target. Their muffins are the best.

So I'm a 13 year old 5 foot 10 African American male I was in here shopping and I decided to get a pair beats with my mother on March 12th and Two girls walked up and asked for help to get a 50 dollar apple charger cord so you know they needed an employee with the key, this employee happened to be the supervisor he got the adapter for them and handed it to them and let them walk off with it in hand without watching them. HOWEVER when he grabbed the beats out the case and I asked for them he said I have to bring this to the register for you so you know beats are 150 dollars and all so my mom asked him why he handed them the apple cord and had to walk up with the beats and he responded because that's 10 bucks and these are over 50 dollars now maybe he didn't know his prices but BOTH ARE 50 DOLLARS AND UP SO WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE 2. I found this very discriminatory and racist. He also had a very rude attitude to my mother when she called him he ignored her at first and went straight to the HISPANIC females I do not recommend going here this person was very rude and over all racist and I did not enjoy my experience there at all.

Normally love target, but the staff member that "helped" me at guest services was just rude. I tried to return a bottle of dry shampoo that stopped working and she kept saying it was empty I tried to shake it so she could hear it still had product in it but she kept saying it was empty. I was just frustrated by the stupid so I just left.

This is not a full sized target. More like a target express. But you won't realize that till you've wasted an hour wandering around looking for things this target doesn't have. There's no pharmacy either. The whole point of target is that its a one stop shop

Love love love target . Walmart will always have a special place in my heart. But target is a vibe . Customer and worker's are nice . It's always clean .

This is a very small target, but they have the basic essentials. I love using their drive up service. Your order is ready in under two hours, and the employees who come out to your car are all very friendly and efficient. You can even stay in the car with the windows up, if you are immunocompromised (or just haven't showered).

Everything is digital now using the Target app which i was clueless about and almost missed out on a 15.00 promotion with pampers. Thanks to the manager he helped me out with a gift card without any headaches. He checked the receipt showed me how to do it for next time and a minute later he was handing me the gift card. Excellent customer service!!!!

Let me start by saying this review is for the Freeport New York location only!!! Target of Freeport ,NY is the WORST target to shop at in the NYS area!!!! The lack of Customer Service is atrocious the attitude and the lack of professionalism is extremely sad! While shopping at this store a young man cashier was confused at how to process a coupon and asked for assistance from a fellow staff member ,a young woman staff member came over to assist and helped him halfway through but he was still unable to process the transaction he pleaded with her for help as she walked away to stand and do nothing but socialize with another employee while the his line grew and she laughed. Another woman employee from the customer service desk came over and rudely said this coupon doesn't work you cannot use it!!!! When asked what was wrong she proceeded to take her mask down to shake her neck and head back and fourth as if a demon had possessed her saying would you like me to get the manger rocking her hands back and fourth aggressively saying I don't know!! what you want me to do ?!I don't know!I don't know! The manger came over an processed the transaction without and issue and the long excruciating horrific experience came to a close. I will NEVER step foot in to THAT madhouse again. How are u allowed to work in a customer service role if you cannot answer a harmless questions without wanting to physically fight the customer? Hostile behavior is ridiculous and doesn't look good on a full grown woman and that employee should be FIRED!!

A few years ago, I visited this store in the fall. I went to their "Holiday" section and looked past the sugar plum fairies and reindeer to find Chanuka candles. I asked a store employee and she told me that they do not carry them. She managed to say this in the most dismissive way possible. We have never been back. This building used to contain Long Island's most awful Stop & Shop. Maybe staffing carried over. Store employees need to realize that there are consequences.

Trash trash trash. I placed an order for pickup for my items for my child. I drove out of my way because had the food and diapers he needs. Get there. Wait 15 min while they look for my order then I'm told they don't have it all. No apology. The cashier says " well what do you want me to do about it?" I returned everything else I purchased. No wasting my money on this terrible store
